    One star only because it wont let me go negative 5. This has been a good ****** on read reviews before you get involved with a business. I was referred to this place and the people had serious concerns but still had a unit there so I jumped in. Into a pond of bullsh!#. Seemed like a normal contract, I missed the tiny part where it says she can change the contract at any time for any reason that suits her distorted pill hated reality. I ended up with some vehicle issues and since all my tools were stored there, plenty of available space and nothing in the contract restricting anything I did, I fixed my car it taking a number of attempts, at least one of them concluding past midnight. These outrageous and dangerous behaviors I showed from that moment marked me as a career criminal who is trying to live on the property in the storage unit that I couldn't fit an extra mouse f*** into. From then on I was treated like a criminal, restricted access to my belongings which cost me thousands of dollars in lost wages, a job, and dignity when I was forced to wear the same set of clothes for almost 3 weeks because I was denied entry even after paying. Now I'm trying to move very soon and I'm still being denied entry and any communication attempts are ignored. This place is a criminally run trap to take advantage and steal from people and not only should it be closed I think it should be burned down and the owner and accomplices exposed for what they are and held accountable for the crimes against the countless people who have shared my experience. Nothing but lies, deception, discrimination, moldy rat habitat and a stupid amount of hornet stings awaits anyone who chooses ******' kingdom where she's all powerful all knowing Supreme God who's customers are there only to serve and bow to the will of someone who wears blackout sunglasses at midnight with no moon while stumbling out of the car. I cant leave without my birth certificate and ss card and other very important stuff so ??

    I paid for heated storage here for years, then found out one day that Evergreen Storage had not been heating the storage I paid for. One time going in my storage and it being 16 degrees inside. This destroyed thousands of dollars of items, and damaged even more. On top of that, wasted the nearly $6,000 I paid for the storage to protect my items. Note that the storage had leaks, trash was left everywhere, and it was common to see Rats and other rodents in the buildings.I left the storage on time and very clean, yet 6 months later they still HAVE NOT given me my deposit or last money rent back, even with letters, calls and text messages. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE FACILITY AT ALL.
