      Custom Hearth installed our Xtraordinair linear fireplace 3 years ago and we are very happy with it. Technician James came to do the annual maintenance a couple months ago, he was efficient, and thorough. When it was time to begin using the fireplace recently we pressed the button on the remote, the unit started up instantly, beautiful flames, clean clear glass. Thankful for James’ work and the entire Custom Hearth team.

      Team 2 was excellent. All 3 worked well together and had challenges installing my new Lopi stove. All went together well after they put their heads together to overcome the issues.

      I am very pleased with the service I received from Custom Hearth. Mark, Zach, Scott and Huntz were professional and friendly. The install was done with care and cleanliness. Mark came out and explained what I needed to operate my new fireplace safely and efficiently. He took the time to answer all questions that I had. We look forward to many joyful experiences with our new fireplace.

      I'm very happy with the professional services provided by Custom Hearth. Brayden, Mark and Zack are an outstanding team. Mark came out to my home to make sure my hearth was up to code before making my pellet stove purchase. I have to say Mark is a very kind man! He made sure I understood everything. I have made many trips around the Puget Sound looking for an affordable pellet stove. Custom Hearth really helped me save a significant amount of money with a high quality pellet stove and quality installation. The install was fast and they tested the stove and before leaving. Mark and Zack also made sure the area was all cleaned up. I found Honor, Integrity and Honesty from start to finish. I would recommend Custom Hearth to anyone looking for all these values list in this post. A+ staff, A+ products, A+ service!

      Huntz,Zach and Randy were very efficient, conducted themselves professionally and left the house and outside neat and clean.
      One suggestion I have is the person who came to provide the estimate for the installation should have told us we would need to pay for a hearth extention. We were told we only needed to provide a non combustable material in front of the existing hearth, which turned out to not be the case and cost us an additional $133.99.

      It's CUSTOM HEARTH, all the way - from the planning, to estimation, to installation of your heating needs! My experience was terrific, from going into the store to start the process and talking with the staff, and working with the estimation with Brayden. The site inspector ahead of the installation was friendly, professional, and very helpful and answered any questions I had. Zack & Scott came out to install the stove. They were on time (even a tad early!). They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and worked diligently on the install. They kept me posted of their progress and clearly communicated with me the options available as they worked on it, and gave me an overview of the wood stove and answered all my questions. I am so happy with the whole process. It's obvious that Custom Hearth cares about the process, and caliber of people they hire and train. Thanks again you guys...I will continue to recommend you to everyone!

      Bought a new propane stove and was installed by zack and scott they arrived on time did an excellant job and were gone inside of 2 hours very pleased.
