      All the team were great to work with--Branden the Sales Rep, Mark who came out to do the preview work, and the install team (Aaron & Huntz). Recommend this business.

      On Wednesday February 22, 2023 James from Custom Hearth came to our house to light the Pilot light. He knew his stuff and had the pilot light lit in a few minutes, He was talking about Custom Hearth having electric fire places. A few days later we went to The Custom Hearth store and bought an electric fireplace from Brayden Meyers from Service and Sales. Bryden explained the installation and information concerning the electric fireplace. On 24 February 2023 Mark came to install The Electric Fireplace. Mark had come before to measure the fire place to ensure the unit would fit. Mark installed the fire unit without a hitch. I found Mark to be an expert at this installation and he was very respectful to me and my wife.

      Brayden was easy to work with on the sales floor and helped resolve a follow up issue satisfactorily. Aaron and Huntz did a professional job with the installation and explaining how to operate the controls. The Office staff were all pleasant and efficient.

      Custom Hearth has been an excellent experience for us. In this day and age of limited customer service, they were anything but that! The purchasing of our fireplace went off without a hitch during the height of COVID. The fireplace arrived at their shop on time as stated. When our construction got delayed, they stored our fireplace without any issues. When it came time to schedule, they had our equipment ready to go. The install crew (Team #2, Aaron and Huntz) arrived ahead of schedule that day and were competent and professional. The installation went very well. They took the time to explain everything that we needed.

      I met with Brayden to pick out a fireplace for our manufactured home. He picked out the perfect one! He got us set up right away for Mark to come out and take measurements. Mark showed up on time and helped us get an understanding of how it will be installed. Aaron and Huntz were fabulous with keeping the worksite clean, updating me with the progress and letting my 3 year old be involved. Tess made the check out process quick and smooth! Would recommend! So happy we went with a local company to support small business. Thank you!

      Custom Hearth is great to work with! Joie was very helpful and Aaron and Zach did a wonderful job with installation! They were friendly, respectful and were willing to answer any question. They even cleaned up before they left.

      Very happy with the service Custom Hearth provides especially James Soper the senior service specialist. James came out to do our annual pellet stove cleaning and check up service. As always James was very professional, knowledgeable, and provided exceptional service. My pellet stove has never run better! Thank you James and Custom Hearth team.
