      I never signed up for emails from these clowns, but have begun receiving their spam a couple of years ago. I have opted out at least FIVE TIMES now and yet the spam from them continues

We were able to determine the root cause of the issue was related to ******* Sparkling Ice Rewards membership and that the issue has been resolved. ***** should not receive any more email communications from us moving forward.

      Contacted company via website form. Never received reply. Purchased several bottles of starburst flavor. Aside from being gross, despite being in date, it was totally flat. Asked for coupons to buy more. Received no response.

      Hello there - apologies for the delayed response as this notification only made its way to me in the last couple of weeks. I checked in with our consumer relations team and they ran a search on your name/email/contact info and could not find a record of your contact reaching us. It appears that perhaps the webform did not fully submit/transmit to our team. We are very sorry to hear that and very much regret the experience you had both with our product and with our consumer relations process.

      We are very sorry to hear that the product you purchased is flat. This is frustrating,inconvenient, and not how we intend for your experience to be. We would love to send you coupons both to replace the product you purchased that was not up to our standards and some additional for the long response time. Are you OK for us to contact you at the email/phone number referenced in the BBB complaint? If so, our consumer relations team will be in touch shortly.

      Talking rain has their products listed on their website with marked prices and a "buy now" option and an add to cart option.Once you add the product to cart and go to check out it brings you to Amazon.com and changes the price. In this case Talking Rain Advertises their product "Sparkling Ice Citrus twist with caffeine" for $17.88 and when added to cart and sent to a third party website and the price is $22.95, over a $5 difference.I personally tried to message them about it and was told "I would be contacted by a representative." And that never happened.

      On 8/1/23 I ordered the Sparkling Ice $5 Amazon gift card reward. The email I received confirming my order stated I would receive it with 24 hours. I didnt. So, I contacted Talking Rain and they said they would send it again. They havent. I just want the $5 Amazon gift card I should have received.
