      I love the Sparkling Ice + Caffeine product. It tastes great, gives me the mental boost I need, and best of all, you are eco-conscious and fund tons of programs to help give back to the environment and community.I started with buying individual cans, but now buy them by the case. I will be purchasing more for sure.Talking Rain, keep it up, and don't let anyone blur your vision :)

      I will give this company one star based solely on the product that I have experienced in the past. I like this product. I used to purchase this product by the case often. The last case that I purchased, I experienced a number of the cans that were not perforated at the opening and was not able to enjoy the product that I paid for. I even experienced an injury to one of my friends upon trying to open the problem can. I had several interactions with a couple of company representatives, and I have documentation of those exchanges. I initiated contact back in April. It's now June and I have had ZERO attempts from this company to compensate me for this frustration and waste of money. ******** care is just as important as the quality and value of the product produced, and I will never ever patronize their products in the future. I have nothing good to say about my experience with their customer service. They do not care about their customers in my opinion.
