      DRA Real Estate currently owes us refunded rent. They refuse to pay it, even after going to court for the matter and winning the case and a judgement against them. To this day, they are ignoring the court's ruling to pay the refunded amount plus attorney's fees, which is now over $20,000. We have not been able collect and have started new proceedings for garnishment which has proven fruitless so far. Let the buyer beware with this group, that they do not believe in following the rule of law of WA State, even though they ask you to sign a contract for rental property. That contract is to protect them, not the renter. We are still seeking the amount owed to this day, over a year later.
