    They charged my credit card for an order and never shipped. I reached out several times via email, voicemail and text and no response. I had to finally put a stop payment on my credit card to get my money back.

    We have messaged the buyer the products they ordered were on backorder. Their order is in the process of being shipped this week. They have not told us not to ship. And we do not have a chargeback as of today.

    Ordered a quilt two weeks ago and nothing has been done with the order. Emailed, sent text and left a message with absolutely no response. I have filed a complaint with PayPal. The only reason it gets one star is because you have to give it something to post.

    I ordered three tins of Spectrum Noir ColourBlend pencils from Colorful Impressions back in March of 2022. Never received them. They are a sham. Sent them e-mails and tried reaching by phone. Two or three times they apologized and stated that they would get the order out the next week. Of course, they never did. What a joke! Sham companydo NOT order anything from this company. In order to leave this review, I have to give a star. I will give the one star ONLY because I want other interested customers to see how bad of a business they are.

    Super unimpressed. I ordered a Sizzix Switch back in January, 2022. It is now the end of August 2022. No machine yet. I reached out on 8/19 and was told I would have my refund processed on 8/22/2022. Still no refund. I have reached out again and have not yet heard back. I understand this machine is difficult to get and they were oversold. That is not Colorful Impressions fault. What is the fault is how they have handled their response. I suspect at this point, they have just taken my $300 + dollars. If I don't hear back in a few days, I will raise the issue with my bank. But yes, I agree with others...seems, at the very least, like a very poorly run business. But I feel it is more likely just a sham.
