    On 7/25/24 paid $2000 down and paid after Est Installation date 8/10/2024. Green Energy came a day after and the following date to do job. Paid the remaining balance of $2172.52. Total paid $4172.52. Due to inpection by *** ****** of Green Energy Solutions. He said his services that rats will be gone. My dogs caught a rat. He said my house would be warm with the Energy seal. It's cold in my house. He said the mold would be treated and cleaned and removed. It's still visible and my room was still smelly. I went to look at my attic. There are spaces that were not covered for insulation. Dusty. My room is dusty as well. I never seen any disposable of bio going out from cleaning mold. Very disappointing I feel we were scammed. Very good talker how my home will be cleaned from mold, pest and be warm with the barrier sheets in my attic. Still have mold, Pest and my house is still very cold.

    Sorry this customer is not happy.  Will be more than happy to correct any issues that pertain to the agreed contract.  The contract clearly states that the mold is treated and that mold stains may remain.  When mold is present it is best to get on it right a way ***** than let it fester for many years. Our mold treatment is a commercial product that is certified to kill the mold spores but mold does stain. We would be more than happy to spray the mold again at no charge. There may be mold in areas that we cannot get to as well. 
    Rodents are animals and there are thousands in communities. We destroy the rodents in the crawl space etc but they are still out there. We cannot control that. We do leave a list of 17 habits to practice to keep them out of the house and if the customer follows those we have had great results with this.  Customer may need pest control.
    Most thermostats are inaccurate, the thermostat may say the house is set at 70 but when I scan the house is only 65. Turning up the thermostat until you are comfortable is the best solution.  Insulation does not create heat, it only helps retain it. Our contract clearly states that by paying the final balance ,the customer has inspected the job and agrees that the no other work is required.  That is a great time to ask questions, clarify and resolve any issues to make sure customer is happy.  With many thousands of satisfied customers we feel bad that a handful of customers are not. Lets work together to try and resolve issues.

    I am rejecting this response because: He clearly told me to fire my pest control because once the CLEAN to rat droppings the rats would never come back. They smell no urine because they cleaned it. They is no proof of cleaning it. Last Day they finish the job, his employees did not show, explained, or check mark anything they did. I never went up in the attic to see what was done. I recently viewed the attic in December to get my decorations down. I notice some places were not covered.  The small room across the dining  room was not covered. He told me also about the mold on the wall would be removed and debris out of my house. Not just to spray it only. It still has mold! I paid too much for skipping important items He said would be done. It was Barrier was not covered neatly on ends.

    I feel for the customer but we are a business and can only do what we have agreed to in the contract at that price.
    The reason for contracts that specify work to be performed is for this very reason.  Avoids confusion/misunderstandings.  All this customers issues are addressed  and spelled out specifically in simple laymans terms on the signed contract. Including  Expectations for Rodent exclusion , mold treatment and results to expect. That Areas must be accessible ( left to fester, mold can get in areas we cant get too ) . It also states word for word customer agrees to inspect and approve work performed and that it is satisfactory / completed with no other work promised. This is a wonderful opportunity for the customer and us to solve any reasonable issues at that time. 
    We have 932 customers over many years that do not have this problem.  It is very very rare for us to get a complaint. 
    We did what we were contracted to do and then some,

    I am rejecting this response because: didn't receive receipt for final payment. I only got a receipt from 1st payment and contract what would be done. With check marks on what will be done. I should received a invoice of what was done and had it explained by technician what was preformed & Completed. I had no idea what they did in the attic. No pictures and no conclusion what had been done. Still waiting for receipt of last payment. ****** verbally told me the mold would be gone. And that what I read on the contract as debris. I hired them to get rid of it. I'm not going to wipe it down. I paid alot for it to still be there.

    Everything on the contract with a check **** was assessed and addressed as required. Stated as such on the contract (work to be performed by check **** if required) you were given the option of a tour to see the work performed.
     Much is discussed with customers during the initial visit. The contract is designed to make it clear the work we would be conducting. Always read contracts and ask questions to eliminate verbal interpretation . Mold stains wood as stated in the contract.

    I received a receipt but was not on letterhead or correct dates as of 2024. ****** said he will mail me my receipt itemized. Also, requested proof of Thurston County funding for Green Product Installation of Aluminum Barrier Installation.  Was told it reduced my fees. Another reason to have it done before monies were not available through the County.
