    Scammed by the company, saying one thing and doing another, and not completing the job as verbally agreed on. ****************** with us, and not returning phone calls.

    Not correct. *** was completed per the signed contract. Customer ( Husband) wanted things done we can't do and were not on the contract after the job was completed. Our contract even states in writing "by paying the final balance customer has inspected and agrees that all work has been performed satisfactorily no other work promised".  This customer ( wife) both inspected the work and did pay the final balance and was pleased at that time.

    We work very hard to ensure our customers are happy with the work and thousands are , however once in a while you run into a situation where the Husband and Wife aren't communicating etc.

    The most basic of basic. They hardly know what they are Doing. SHAME ON THEM. For using his Veterans Status to influence his know nothing insulation practices. I spoke with *** and all he does is install a reflective barrier and calls it a "trade". Having a thermal Gun doesn't make you knowledgeable.

    This was concerning because it's not true at all. I went through our files and cannot find where we did any business with this person. Unfortunately, I have feeling this is actually a competitor. 

    We are a licensed and Bonded Insulation contractor with thousands of satisfied customers.  Many years experience has provided an extensive knowledgable base to share with people so they can make effective decisions about home efficiency whether they choose us or not. As a certified Veteran owned Washington State business the benefit of promptness, integrity and pride in our work is very much appreciated by our customers.

    I am very happy with the product, installation and service with Green Energy Solutions in ********. ****** did a thorough inspection of my house, pointed out areas that needed repair or replacement, gave me lots of information and quoted me a fair price. ***** and ****** did the installation and were also very courteous, prompt efficient and professional. I highly recommend this company.
