      On Feb 3, 2025 I hired this company to help move some items. After delivery, they backed over a landscape light at my home address and damaged it. I had to pay out of pocket for repairs. Initially they were responding but I have not received any compensation for my repair and they are now non responsive. The damage has also shorted out an outdoor outlet next to the light and its not working. They also damaged a tv that they crated which they are blaming on me, and did not apply a coupon that I told 2 employees about.

      Thank you so much for bringing your concerns to our attention. We take great pride in ensuring minimal damage during our moves, and we are truly sorry that damage occurred during your recent relocation.
      We want to assure you that we have processed a refund check for $190.00 to cover the cost of the landscape light, in addition to refunding your tip of $40.00. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the coupon. However, please feel free to keep the coupon for any future business with us, as we would love the opportunity to earn your trust and to serve you again.
      Regarding the TV, we reviewed your concerns, and it was brought to our attention that the damage occurred during prior moves. Additionally, we noted that you transported the other TVs in your personal vehicle, which waives responsibility for any potential damage from our team.
      Attached is a picture of the refund check that was sent by our accounting department on 3/10/2025. If you do not receive the check by the end of the week, please let us know, and we would be happy to issue a replacement.
      We truly appreciate your understanding and your continued business. If you have any other questions or concerns, please dont hesitate to reach out.
