      Staff was nice until the move. Service was terrible, movers didnt bring tools ************ they were supposed to bring, damaged our furniture, and were slow to get paid a full day. We overpaid for damaged good with poor packing. I spoke to management and was told pretty much too bad after we paid and they didnt offer anything to help with the cost of us buying supplies for them to move the stuff. They want to offer discount on future moveswhy would I use the company again after you damaged my furniture? Do not use these movers. Find a reputable company who cares about customers and willing to right the wrongs when they do it.

      Three Hunks arrived to pack my household out. Initially, very professional and job packed successfully. When it was time to move my belongings I was informed they would be taking a 30 min lunch break. The break was not to count against my remaining nearly hour and half on the job. I traveled 38 miles to my new residence. No traffic. However, I received several calls informing the Hunks were stalled on the highway and I would be responsible for the hours delayed. Never notified of this previously. They finally arrived at 3:15PM and did not complete the job until nearly totally 8 plus hours. The job came to over $2,000. I was informed "I talked to management to get the bill lower for you." My bill was $1,637.54. Attempted to contact manager -*********************************. His response, "This was an act of God and you are expected to pay for the time. " I should have been appraised of the 30 min break at the outset. Breaks should be taken in close proximity of drop off residence, especially in high traffic areas where "acts of God" may occur. I am a disabled American Veteran. I am saddened how businesses continue to portray concerns and best interest of clients. However, when they can take advantage of clients they do so. I continue to be shocked and saddened at the lack of clarity when establishing services. Since I am paying my money, it would have been great to have the option to go with a company who would be honest about how I will be charged. But being charged because the packers chose to dine at a destination that is not in close proximity of the drop and where accidents or traffic issues could arise-hindering/ delaying delivery is not professional and lacks concern. I am not pleased with the amount of money that I was billed. My estimate was $1,023.00. Nor am I pleased with the lack of honesty by this business. They disregarded customer service. I will never use this business again. Nor will I recommend them to other Veterans or my community.

      We also would like to thank you for your services. We are extremely disappointed that you felt like you had to express your concerns on this kind of platform. We felt like we had open communications with you on your entire move. We are sorry that there was fatal motorcycle accident on the way to your new home. We prayed for the family and all the victims for the live(s) that were lost that day.

      We also felt like we kept you updated on the traffic delays. We had sent over 12+ texts/ call on the crew/ traffic updates all  within that 2-hour traffic delay. We really don't like to breakdown your cost on a platform like this but I would be happy to breakdown the invoice for you. 


      Your original estimate was $1245.25 4.75 hours 


      The final invoice did change due to a few variables. 


      You purchased boxes off the truck since you were not complete **********. ($75.70)

      You left a very generous tip of ($ 164.75)

       You were charged for 6 hours for the move and even though it took us a total of 9+ hours due to the fatal accident that caused us to be delayed. Rest assure you did not get charged when the move team  that took there lunch, which they informed you that they were going to do that  prior to them your origin address. Looking back now we wish we could have predicted where a fatal accident is going to take place so they could have ate somewhere else that day. But we have learned from this experience for next time. The labor cost came out to $1554. Which made your final invoice to be  $1812.29  total after boxes and your generous tip.

      Again we would love the opportunity for you to call our local office and talk to our operational manager ******* to discuss in more further detail. We really would love to earn your trust and business in the future. We would be happy to get you a discount for being a repeat client. Please keep us in mind.
