      I signed up for the Sportsman's Warehouse credit card solely because they offered 5x rewards points for each dollar spent on the card for their rewards program. We made purchases and did not receive the 5x points as advertised on their policy, multiple times. This is an ongoing issue that has happen multiple times. We went into the store and informed them of the points not being issued, and they said nothing could be done in store, I had to call customer service. I called ***************** and they said it was not their issue; it was the credit card. I had to call the credit card, and they said they had nothing to do with Sportsman's Warehouse rewards program. We contacted *********'s again and just got the runaround. They said only Corporate could fix it, but we could not even get the number to contact Corporate directly, it has to be done by a manager from the store. At this point in time, we have provided their customer service with all the information that they requested from us, and now we can't get a response from them after multiple email follow ****

      On December 17, 2024 I purchased a $200 gift card for my sons Christmas gift. I mailed it with a Christmas card the following day, but He didnt receive it.He lives in OREM, ***When I contacted Sportsmans Warehouse via their website they replied that gift cards are treated like cash and they cant help **** have never had a gift card that was treated as cash with no recourse to re-claiming it if it was lost. That doesnt make sense. Thats one of the reasons I use gift cards is they can be re-issued; I might as well sent cash.There was no warning. I want them to re-issue the gift card or give my cash back.

      I am filing my complaint of bad business *********** begin with I have gotten an email about a rewards amount that was going to expire Dec 18, 2024.I visited the store to take advantage of the rewards amount; however, the cashier could not find anything showing that I had a rewards balance available to use. I even showed her the email.I called customer service for Sportsman ********************** and they basically said that I signed in as a guest!Whether I was a guest or not, I am the only person on the acct and the fact that I received two emails shows that the rewards should be valid.I also called the credit card company to close my ******* not sure what loophole they used to deny me from using rewards from a purchase at their store last year but I find it crazy that they were not open to resolve the situation and keep me a happy consumer!!

      I ordered a physical gift card from the website on November 18. I paid extra for the expedited shipping to arrive on November 20. On November 20, the tracking information said it was out for delivery but it never arrived. The following day, the tracking said it was in ******** (I am in **) and a delivery date would be provided when available. I called the Sportsmans Warehouse customer service line a total of three times and was hung up on each time. I do not remember the first womans name but the second two were **** and *******. ******* in particular was incredibly rude in her tone of voice, put me on hold for more than 10 minutes in search of a supervisor (she claims, I do not think she was actually doing this) and then returned to say sorry ***, cant find a supervisor, someone will need to call you back in 24 hours and promptly hung up without even waiting for a reply. It has been a very very long time since Ive encountered such horrendous customer service, and it seems as though employees are emboldened to simply refuse assistance and hang up on customers. As it stands, I still have no resolution to my issue, no product that I paid for and no appropriate communication from customer service.

      I ordered a pair of wading boots on May 2nd. They were to be delivered on the 6th. On the 7th I received and email stating they could not deliver the product and would release the hold on my payment. Still no refund after four phone calls. I confirmed with my bank that they are holding the money. They deny that they have my money.

      I've purchased a Humminbird Helix 7 G3 for ****** after tax.Order number ********** This item was in stock when i ordered it and received an email to pick up this item at the ******* store now. when i emailed them back to confirm, they said that my item was no longer in stock and or der has been canceled.When i call the store to find out what happened, the person who answered was ***** who was a floor manager. He told me that the item is out of stock. When i asked him if there is any chance i could get another on from another store, he said no!!! because no other store has one in stock. But there were another one in stock in ********** store. When i told him this, he just said "no there isn't" without even checking. Way ***** handled this situation was with negetive tone and rudness.I think Sportsmans warehouse should do a better job of taking care of customers orders and be more polite when mistakes were made on there behalf.
