    I purchased a packet of seeds from the Toad'stool. I didn't receive it. I spent an entire week sending emails asking where my order was. The owner sent a rude email to me suggesting I was trying to steal seeds! (one packet of echinacea seeds). She was clearly annoyed and SAID she sent a replacement, which I also did not receive. Then she sent me a couple of crazy rant emails accusing me of racism because I asked if the seeds were coming from ***** and were perhaps delayed. I've read other reviews of this awful company that describe similar experiences. I asked for a refund and got another crazy rant. This woman should not own a business as she has zero integrity.

    This woman has referred to me as a crazy *****, called me stupid, and told me to f*** off at least 8 times . She has accused me of being a scammer, spoken disrespectfully about my deceased mother, and made highly racist remarks regarding China along with derogatory comments about our current president. She claims I run a dubious business and that I steal from others. Additionally, she has issued numerous threats against me, my business, my employees, and my family. She even found an old address of mine and labeled me a lunatic. Despite my efforts to remain polite and work with her, I have grown increasingly concerned for my safety and have reached out to law enforcement in her area. I have been advised to cease all contact and not respond to her communications. What I have shared here is just a glimpse of her comments, and this will be my final communication with you regarding this matter. It is clear that she needs help.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I purchased a packet of seeds from this woman. She did not send the seeds. She did not answer my emails for a week. Then she lied and said she sent a second packet. I have not received any seeds and neither have my neighbors or my post office because she did not send them. She has my money and I have nothing but this person who won't stop emailing me. There are other reports on the Internet about toadstool seeds not sending orders or sending fake seeds. I am the victim. She is a scammer, and I refuse to be scammed. Her business license should be revoked and she should spend some time in jail. Horrible business and horrible business person.

    Please refer to the email from the customer. This is just a glimpse of her communication, showcasing how friendly and pleasant she was to interact with. According to the email, she has been issued a refund. I have also sent her two packets of seeds. With many years of experience running a successful business, I've encountered my fair share of challenges, including receiving every possible negative label and even having to involve the police due to threats made against me, my business, and my family. In fact, the harassing emails from her were constant.

    the folowing is my letter to **** ****** of toadstool seeds on ebay:

    i purchased the 100 dark purple carnation seeds from you on 7-1-22 and i did not receive what you listed on ebay! take a look at the pictures that i sent you! the first 2 are the seeds grown into flowers, the 3rd picture is of the pack of seeds sent to me from you and the 4th picture is the one you have listed on ebay and finally the 5th picture or attachment is the receipt! please send me the correct seeds so that i can start over and grow what i asked for in the beginning-----100 dark purple carnation seeds! thank you for your time! i am very disappointed, but, hope that the correct seeds will be shipped to me!

    she did not respond on ebay nor did she respond to a link on her site nor the email link on her site!
    she is very elusive! i do not recommend her to anyone and hope her reputation is smeared by my and other responses about her poor business ethics and values! i want a complete refund of the money i spent for the seeds, shipping, and tax from her!

    We have not been contacted by the customer. They have only attached a picture of the receipt and the picture from our listing. I have no idea what the problem with the seeds are but on eBay they have a 90 day return period and we are past the 90 days, just as any garden center or big box store. We do not take kindly to be threatened especially when we take very care of our customers since our business relays on delete business. We have been in business for 6 years and are currently mailing out 1000 orders of seeds a day and on eBay alone we have sold the purple carnations 2,456 times and we have never been contacted by any other customer saying there was an issues

    I am rejecting this response because:

    i sent 3 complaint letters : ebay, email, and on toadstools site explaining the problem with pictures and there is no way those seeds are dark purple carnations---they are some other pink flower and not even close to a dark purple carnation!   bbb was, also, sent all 5 pictures, but, **** ****** is saying only 2 were sent!  i sent 2 of the original seeds grown into pink flowers, 1 of the purple carnation she has listed to verify the color and flower difference, 1 of seeds, and 1 of receipt!

    it takes time for the seeds to grow and flower----- 6 + months!  in any case, i did not receive dark purple carnation seeds, clearly shown to **** ****** by 3 contacts----ebay, email, and toadstools link----plus the bbb complaint plus all 5 pictures to verify that i did not receive dark purple carnation seeds!

    I am rejecting this response because:

    the company should have sent the seeds in the beginning when i asked for them on ebay!

    now, after they stated that i did not send them any emails when i did send them 2 emails, one to toadstools directly and one to ebay for them,

    i want my money back for the seeds, shipping, and tax-----$4.99 seeds, $2.00 shipping, $0.42 tax-----total $7.41!   i trusted them and they failed me!

    i bought the seeds to grow purple carnations for my mother before she dies-----it took 6+ months to grow them from seed to flower-----and now mom

    will never see them because this company misled me!   it's too late to grow them again because mom may go any time!
