The bulk of the work was completed on Oct 17, 2024.The total amount paid was around $10,500.The business committed to treating bathroom tile asbestos, installing new tiles, and installing new vanity cabinet/counter.List of disputes: the business/contractor hired by the business was revealed to not be certified for asbestos removal but proceeded with the project anyway. The contractor cut up active asbestos tiling in front of members of household without any safe precautions. The quality of installation was poor and needs to be redone (grout quality was poor and installed improperly, caulking was installed poorly).

    Hello,
Were sorry to hear about your concerns and want to thank you for bringing this to our attention. Your feedback is incredibly important to us,and were committed to making things right.
To address your concern about asbestos, we conducted testing through a third-party certified company after the initial work was completed, and the results confirmed no asbestos was present in the tiles. We also conducted an Air test which came back negative as well. We take safety very seriously and want to reassure you that this testing was a priority once the concern was raised.
Since you reached out, weve tried several times to get in touch with you to better understand the situation and find the best way to resolve any outstanding issues. Were still waiting to hear back and are eager to connect with you.
If there are problems with the quality of the installation, we want to take full responsibility and correct them. Our goal is to ensure your bathroom not only meets your expectations but exceeds them.
Please let us know a good time to meet so we can inspect the work and address your concerns. Were here and ready to help.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon,

We still have not resolved the issue. We discussed with the company (Luxury Bath of Seattle) about a possible refund or repair. They offered to fix the problem but their solution accomplished nothing and the problem persists. At this point it requires a redo from another contractor and we would like at least a partial refund due to an unsatisfactory job. Please reopen the case and let me know what else can be done to resolve this.

    Thanks,

We discussed with the customer and tried to send an installer to work on the grout problem they had. The customer was still not satisfied with the fix and requested a partial Refund of the Project. We agreed to give him the refund he was asking for and he agreed to our terms to close the account with no further requests. He got the Check for the Refund and we closed his account.

I was told when I signed for the services of this company that they would be able to start remodeling around March 5th. Every time since that date passed that I have called, I have either not been able to speak with anyone, just a recording so I cannot get any data on when my remodel is to occur. I have since decided that either this company is a scam or going out of business, since they are so non-communitive. The original contract that was presented to me dated 2/6/24 included a nonrefunable deposit clause which I crossed out with the approval of their representative. I just want my deposit refunded.

Hello, this customer signed a contract with us on Feb 9th, 2024. our sales rep are guided to inform our customers that after they sign a contract, it takes about 6-8 weeks to get the job scheduled.  We are now at about 5.5 weeks and we let her know last week that we have ll the materials for her project. We communicated with the customer and set up a date to start the job on March 25th, and let her know that if we can do it before that date we will let her know.

We made sure to assign a specific Installer for her unique project but we needed to wait for him to finish a current project he is working on. we then, told the customer we may be able to start her job this week but needed to get a response from our installer about when he is going to be available.

We called her today to let her know we can start the project on This coming Thursday, March 21st, but she did not except it and wanted to cancel the job.

we were in touch with her the whole time, letting her know the status of her project.
