  We had water coming in through the base of our basement fireplace. **** came out the same day I called, gave me a great explanation of what was causing the issue and how they would fix it. With rain in the forecast they fast tracked the installation of their drainage system and I couldnt be happier with the finished product. A+

  We were so pleased with **** and Wet Basement Services and their work. We hired *** to fix an issue we had when it rained and they were amazing from the first call to the end. Issue was fixed, price was very fair, and they were amazingly tidy, thoughtful, and deliver the highest quality work. We were really impressed and love their very customer oriented service. Felt very much like a neighborhood company. Loved them.

  We couldn't be more pleased with ***. Having worked with several contractors in the past, we can confidently say that *** has been by far the best experience we've had. They were consistently punctual, always showing up on time, and completed the project within both the agreed-upon budget and timeline. For anyone who's been through a renovation, you know how rare and valuable that is. The quality of their work speaks for itself, and we only wish they offered services beyond basement renovations we'd hire them again in a heartbeat for any future projects!

  We don’t always do a great job letting people know when something is working well…unfortunately, we always let them know when it’s not.
  So, we wanted to reach out to let you know that ALL 4 systems installed by Wet Basement Services in June of 2022 are functioning well under pressure…literally ??
  We’ve heard, but are not overwhelmed by the sound, of both submerged pumps working to move water from the two basement locations and have joyfully noticed a solid stream (of water) coming from the curb drain at the west end of our sidewalk, taking care of both the garage gravity system as well as the south retaining wall.
  So…for two full years, no flooding. The basement is safe.

  The house I live in was built in 1930, and when we moved in over 20 years ago, our basement flooded. It flooded every year, multiple times. Nothing we tried to fix what we thought was wrong worked. Then, a few years ago, the worst flooding yet broke loose and was out of control. I called these guys and they came out and said they could solve our flooding woes, guaranteed. I was shocked that someone would be that bold, but something had to be done. They did exactly what they said they would do, 100%! These guys are not only very good at what they do, they are professional, organized, on time and communicate properly. Those qualities in this line of work are unheard of these days. I got lucky! Definitely recommend.

  We had WBS come out in early ********************************************** our basement during a house remodel. They were quick and accommodating to our needs and explained everything to us as they worked. Our house is on a high water table (which we did not know when installing the pump), so during heavy rainfall in December of 2023 we noticed the concrete where the tiles were installed was wet and that the pump was not keeping up with the amount of water coming in. I called ***** immediately and *** was at our place the same day to take a look. He thought he had fixed the issue by adjusting the pump so the floater wouldn't get stuck, but it turns out the issue was greater than that. In Jan of **** we noticed that again, the pump was not able to keep up with the incoming water flow, so I phoned ***** and he came out himself to take a look. He deemed the pipe leading the water out of the house was too small and was creating a bottleneck for the water to exit the pump well. ***** came back out a few days later to install a bigger pipe himself and did this all as a complimentary service! We are so grateful for this service and commitment to his customers. We highly recommend Wet Basement Services to anyone looking to solve water issues in their basement. Gives us peace of mind that we don't have to worry about mold or damage in the future.

  I couldn't be happier with the exceptional service and outstanding results I received from Wet Basement Services.I am a first time home buyer and got myself in a pickle where I purchased a very old house that had a previous water leaking issues in the basement. As someone who had very little knowledge on homes and understanding this was a huge issue, I received estimates from around 10 different vendors. I was surprised on how little knowledge a lot of these vendors had on water intrusion and many of these vendors suggested solutions that go against city codes. **** from Water Basement Services came by and his knowledge blew everyone else out of the water. Other contractors asked me where and how the water was coming in (which I had no idea) while **** was able to provide his expert opinion on the cause and was able to talk about his solution and even was able to explain why his solution was better than competitors I brought up. **** cares about the quality of his work and understands that he is supporting the community in ******* vs other companies who just want to get the job done and get out.I am very satisfied with the waterproofing work (Interior French Drain + Sump Pump) that they installed in the basement. I also had them do some framing (drywall) and help get me closer to finishing my basement. *****, the owner who is great guy, also installed a beautiful ledge surrounding the framing and they also installed trim on the stairs which is beyond what I asked for. My basement is now a usable, dry space, and I owe it all to their expertise. It gives me a great peace of mind and helps me sleep a little better at night. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of basement waterproofing services

  I highly recommend Wet Basement Services! They took care of water intrusion in our basement. They took the time to studied the problem, and in our case went the extra effort to figure out how to problem solve because we had a challenging set up with floor radiant heating. They also gave me a competitive bid. Make sure you ask them to quote for the backup battery for the pump, which I recommend.
