5 starsWe had flooding in our basement this past December, right during the holidays. We reached out to several companies. **** at Wet Basement Services was the first to respond and stopped by to assess the situation within one day. He immediately diagnosed and explained the problem, patiently answering all our questions. He outlined what it would take to fix it, soon after sent an estimate, and within a few days schedule the start date. The work was done exactly as described, cleanly and professionally. **** was friendly and generous with his time. He took great responsibility and pride in his work. The flooding has been fixed and we have a long term solution to a problem that had been gradually getting worse each year.Review fromJohn H

*********** did a great job installing a french drain inside our son's below-grade bedroom. ******************, and clean (despite how dirty the work is). The project threw some unexpected things at them and they handled all with aplomb.

**** and ***** installed an interior foot drain and wall membrane system along two walls in our leaky bunker garage. Not only were they the most knowledgeable of the contractors we interviewed, their bid came in well below the others. I especially appreciated that ***** took the time to explain the ultimate reasons our 100yo garage was misbehaving. I would recommend WBS to any of my neighbors dealing with water intrusion issues.Wet Basement Services

Had a great experience with these guys; they were up front about our various options, how disruptive they were, and the total cost. I felt like I had all the information I needed to make a good, informed decision. The actual work was done exactly on schedule and for a very reasonable price.
