Purchased the Nintendo switch on March 17th 2022; bought and sd card and mortal combat game was able to play the game one time before it stop recognizing the ads card. I bought a different sd card and it didnt recognize that neither. Contacted Nintendo they sent a mailing label via email. They contacted me 2 days later trying to charge me to fix my switch claiming that it has a small scratch on the screen preventing the sd card from working which doesnt make sense because a small scratch has nothing to do with they system no recognizing the sd card also I took a picture of it prior to them boxing it a *** and there was no scratches before I sent it in!!! So I called customer service they were rude about it and told me that Im order for them to correct the sd card not reading they have to repair my scratch on the screen because thats their policy to make the game like new which is a bunch of bullshit! I asked to speak to hire management and was told there is no hire management! The supervisor that allegedly was on the phone told me hes the highest boss which is ******** as well because he has a supervisor title hes not the owner nor the ceo. I called the corporate number and spoke to a guy who told me he would look into it and call me back this was just this past Thursday he never called back and he even agreed that they lied to me and also a scratch has nothing to do with the sd not reading and also its not their policy to try and ******* customers out off extra money like the supervisor who claims to be the head person in charge of the Nintendo corporation. I tried calling corporate number this morning cant get ahold of nobody meanwhile my game is damaged by whoever at Nintendo got it and the initial problem is still not fixed!! I enclosed a picture of my game sitting on the *** package weigher before shipment and watched them bag it up nothing was wrong with it before Nintendo damaged it!!!!
