  I am very happy I chose USA GREEN BUILDERS to remodel my bathroom. Im very satisfied for all the amazing work they did. ***** was my project manager, very nice and professional. I would use them again in the future. Thank you so much for everything. I highly recommend USA GREEN BUILDERS !

  They built a new deck and stairs going down from the deck and there were so many mistakes. They did come out and fixed a few of their mistakes but I have a railing that is not straight,a board that sticks up ,two boards that were cut short so they put a board on the end that shouldn't have been. there is an opening on the bottom of one railing which is wrong. I did try calling ****** about it but didn't answer and then called the office and left a message but no response. ****** kept saying you get what you pay for when getting me to hire them well I paid and did not get the quality I paid for!

  Run away from these crooks! Cold called me, (don't believe them when they say they don't cold call, that's a lie). Promised they'd build me a deck in two weeks. Deck and rail only but they'd replace any rot they found in the support structure. But as soon as they found rot, they wanted more money to fix it! Big surprise. So we settled on $5000 more to replace entire deck. New promise, done in two weeks from then. 6 months and 4 separate crews later, deck still not done. And what is done, is wrong. The first crew. Who was supposedly led by a ******* with 20 years experience took three tries to build a set of steps properly. He was never on job site, and the two guys who were here, were absolutely clue less. My guess is they were hired from the ********** parking lot. They were eventually fired and crew two showed up to fix the mistakes. Then they disappeared and in just a few short weeks a third crew shows up to install the railing. But steps are still not right, the deck is not install correctly, he promises he will work all weekend and haveit finished by Monday. I dont see him for two weeks. He comes back, works a couple hours and has a family emergency. Says he'll be gone for a week. I never saw him again. 4th crew shows up. The owner shows up, we agree on a plan of action. He vows not to stop till the job is complete. Two hours later, they are gone. They have disassembled most of the railing, there are steps missing, and holes on the deck. And garbage everywhere! Next day the owners son show up and says they have no one qualified to build a deck. (No wonder, I never had a ********* here. I had day laborers, roofers, sheet rockers, electricians, and plumbers. No carpenters). AND They want to be paid off. They're quitting the job. Now I'm trying to get bids to finish the job and these guys are pointing out problems with the joists and beams meaning all the deck and railing have to come off! These guys are incompetent or they're crooks.
