    I purchase a Ems vital flex core system in 11/24 for $81.94 order ******** it never worked I started calling within the first few days of receiving it... they stung me along... after the 90 days of doing everything they told me to do with was all nonsense anyway because all the equipment did was turn on it doesn't do anything at all but turn on it all a scam to take your money ...

    I ordered their product on October 31, 2024. On November 24, ********************************************************************************************** I was well within the deadline to return it and the site I ordered it from said that if I was unhappy with aspect of this product I could return the product and get a full refund. They received and accepted my return on Dec. 5, 2024. I also sent them the tracking numbers.On December 20 I received an email that said that they were experiencing an error when attempting to process the refund through my bank and that I should call my bank and have them lift the restriction on my account. I called my bank they showed no attempts of any refunds and that there were no restrictions on my account.I called ********************** back and told them what the bank said. I asked that a refund check to be sent instead. They said they would.I am still waiting, multiple phone calls and emails back and forth. They have sent 6 emails all saying the same thing, tocontact my bank even though they already agreed to send a check. A total of 9 emails and many phone calls.     I PLACE AN ORDER WITH VITAL FLEX CORE IN AUGUST ON 2024. I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT BUT IT NEVER WORKED. I CONTACED THE COMPANY TO GET A RETURN AUTHORIZATION TWICE BUT NEVER RECEIVED ON. UPON REVIEWING MY CHECKING ACCOUNT IT HAVE DISCOVER THAT THEY ARE CHARGED ME $79.94 PLUS $24.99 FOR THE INITIAL PURCHASE WHEN IT WAS ADVERTISE AT $24.99. AND THEY BILLING ME $24.99 ON A MONTHLY BASIS FOR A PRODUCT THAT NEVER WORKED. WHEN I CONTACT THEM THEY SEND ME AN AUTOMATED RESPONSE. THEY CLAIM THE $24.99 IS A MONTLY MEMBERSHIP FEE. I AM A SENIOR ON A VERY FIXED INCOME AND I WOULD HAVE NEVER ORDER THEIR PRODUCT IF I HAD KNOW I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR IT FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE.     I ordered the vitalflexcore system a few weeks ago and at first had an issue with the tracking. Then I realized there was another site that seemed like the real product and this one had a different address with no phone number to contact them. The advertisement for the product said there were lcd screens to adjust the settings for the stimulator and it looked completely different. The product I received was a knockoff from the real vital flex core from ***** and it did not work at all as advertised. I want my money back as I was scammed out of a fake product that isnt even the brand advertised. They were clever to make their site identical to the real vital flex core, but I am not so easily fooled.

    I purchased a few items in July. I was dissatisfied, sent them back and got a refund. Unbeknownst to me, they signed up for a subscription. I'd like it cancelled.

    On March 8, 2024, I ordered the Vital Flex Core system with additional EMS for a total of $185.93 and an extended waranty of $75.98. Order ID #********, transaction #********** and the charge was to my bank debit card. The website advertises a 90 day money back guarantee. On March 15, 2024, after receiving the items and having tried to use them for several days, I called the number on the receipt at ************. I explained that the products were not working as they were advertised and requested my money refunded. I was told that the money would be refunded and that the items did not need to be returned.On March 19, 2024, after checking my account and finding no refund, I called the same number and spoke to *** at Ext. 4047 and he advised that the refund was processing.On March 22, 2024, again after checking for the refund, I called the same number again and was told that my refund was sent by ACH on 3/22. I immediately called my bank and was told there wasn't an ACH and that nothing was showing in unposted credits.I checked the bank every day until April 3, 2024 when I called again and spoke to **** who again stated that refund had been processed and sent to my bank.I checked with my bank, waiting until April 7, 2024 to call again, at which time I did not get a name of the person speaking.April 17, 2024 I called again speaking with ****** who again stated a refund had been processed.April 22, 2024 I called again and spoke with ****. I asked if he had notes in my file showing all the calls and the request for the refund. He stated yes that he did. I asked who his supervisor was and was told **** at Ext. 4049.I asked him to transfer me to ****; after holding for a while, **** came back on the line and said **** was not available but he would have **** return my call. **** also assured me that my refund was sent to my bank. I knew this was a lie as I had already checked my bank before the call.After 6 calls, all of which the operators lied to me, and after waiting for over a month, I am filing a complaint. My wife and I are both retired military and living on a fixed income. This company is a total scam as their product does not work and they have false advertising about a 90 day return and the warranty I purchased.

    The refund was received on the day I filed the complaint. Although it was not for the entire amount, I am satisfied and wish no further action.
