    Sent me a generic brand from **** that sells for less than $20 online and charged my card $69.75 Not what I ordered!

    Total scam. They send one package and then charge you a monthly subscription without sending anything else. I tried to contact them and cancel the subscription and they said they would but did not. DO NOT BUY! I ended up disputing the charge and blocking them on my credit card to stop them. What a headache.

    After placing an order with vital core, I noticed that I was being charged an additional fee of $25 for a membership I did not authorize. I contacted the company they refuse to give me a refund saying, that this was an automatic charge when you place an order. I did not authorize this charge and I would like a full refund.
