      Second time using them and the service was just as fantastic as the first time. Their team is very professional and courteous. Never felt any pressure. All my questions were clearly answered. Crisanto did all the installation of our windows and went beyond just installing them. He seemed to really care about the quality of his work. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with.

Completed in one day, installation is superior, Huge Thanks to the team of Chrisanto and ****** Magnificent job gentleman.       If you're looking at replacing your windows and doors, you know it's expensive. We recently replaced 14 windows and our slider and got many bids. Lake Washington was not only the lowest bid (but with a high quality installation process), they also carry Anlin windows which came standard with invisible screens and extra UV coating. They're higher quality than Milgard Tuscany V400, but basically the same price. We are SO glad we chose ***************************. Everyone in the process was amazing! **** our sales guy was no pressure whatsoever. We took a week to decide and he was in constant communication with me asking if there was anything else I needed to help make my decision. **** our lead helped rearrange some things to get our windows done in the time frame we had asked for. And the team who came to install them ******* Cris, ****, and ****** were absolutely amazing!! Super kind, super helpful, and absolute experts in what they were doing. We joked that we wished we had more windows so they could come back to replace more! Even more importantly, though, when they found dry rot in our wall, they stopped everything to help us figure out the scope of the problem, called their manager immediately, and then pivoted to a different window without a missing a beat. They still finished on time the next day despite the set back of getting that repaired. All in all I cannot recommend Lake Washington enough. Just an absolutely amazing experience for a very, very big home project! So many times you hear about how nothing in home construction can happen on time or on budget and these guys were the exact opposite. If we ever have another window or door need, we will 100% be using Lake Washington!

      We were very pleased with Lake Washington Windows and Doors! ******** and ***** were punctual, skilled, and very friendly! They made it a great experience! We love our new living room and bedroom windows! We would recommend to others and when we redo the rest of our windows we will use them again! Thank you!

      We had new exterior doors, a slider door, and energy-efficient windows installed in our home and LWW&D was great to work with. ******* was our salesperson and he very kindly stepped us through several options and invited us to view doors in person at the warehouse when we couldn't decide. I really appreciated that he was very direct with pricing and we didn't have a lot of back and forth like other companies we talked to.We were nervous about the installation process and how disruptive it would be, especially in February but Crisanto, ***** and ***** did a great job. They showed up on time every day, communicated with us throughout the project, were efficient and finished early but did not cut corners. They took care in all of their work and honestly left our house cleaner than when they arrived. We had one issue where our slider arrived without the built-in blinds and LWW&D quickly corrected that and made sure we were happy with everything.I cannot recommend this company and especially ********** crew enough.

      My experience with Lake Washington Windows and Doors was fantastic. From my initial consult with *** through installation with ****, ***** and **** I could not be more pleased. The communication was fantastic regarding quotes, arrival times and what to expect as well as follow up after each stage to assure I didn't have any questions. The team was very professional, respectful and did an great job not only installing but cleaning up after the install. I would highly recommend the team at Lake Washington Windows and Doors and plan to use them again in the future to replace more of our windows!

      I had an outstanding experience with Lake Washington windows! Our introduction to them was with *******, who helped us refine our selection of windowshe was great to work with during the early phase of the process. **** did our technical measure and was also proficient and helpful. We had a wall of seven windows that needed replacement, which for us was quite intimidating. The installation team consisted of Crisanto, ******* ***** and *******. They were all very capable and competent, which put us at ease on installation day. I was impressed by their teamwork as they tackled our very large and very high window configuration. I greatly appreciated how respectful they were of our home and with me. Overall, from beginning to end, we received excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Lake Washington Windows if youre needing new windows!
