10/10 the till total was $1000+ higher. Non English speaking wife was charged **** for a ***** tab. Bank statement is always late and she saw it yesterday. Management would only help if she had a receipt for 10/10 . I go every couple weeks for a handful of things, but we will never go back. Incompetent workers. Get what you paid for applies ??????

I'm 9 months pregnant and rely on their electric carts. Their electric carts in ********** location are so faulty that I had to go back and get 2 more carts. Then when I called to report it, the ppl standing by the phone ignored my call. I called today and spoke with assistant manager ***** who sounded drunk and asked me "what do you want us to do about it?" She didn't even listen to my story and rushed to get me off the phone. I began having pain in my abdomen from the experience of getting up, sitting down, getting up, sitting down. Yet they want to offer no compensation

WinCo, in *****,********.... If you are reading this it's probably too late and you have been burned by WinCo.... I stopped in after working all night to buy my kids milk, cereal, juice, bread, you know the necessities. I bought myself a salad with chicken for my dinner, I worked all night and didn't have a chance to eat, so I was really looking forward to this meal. I went to pay and their machine glitched, it charged my card but it didn't print a receipt, so I called the cashier over and she said she would re-run it but this time it was "declined." I showed the cashier on my phone that my bank account had indeed been charged. She tried to correct the computer error but couldn't, so she calls in the head cashier, ***** who also couldn't fix it. Not only could they not fix it but they kept my money and my groceries, stating that I would have to call bookkeeping in the morning that they could not let me walk out of there with my money or my food! I was quite upset, as one might expect, working all night and they keep my money and my food. I was in tears!!!! The following day I did receive a credit but I went without my dinner and my kids had to wait as well. Awful!! How can they do that to a person? It should be a crime, probably is!

Winco in ******** ** shouldnt be in business. Ive bought food there on several occasions this year 2023 that was expired produce molds quicker than usual and most foods are quickly approaching their expiration dates. ********* hard shell tacos trail mix in the barrel tasted old and stale and cold jar salad dressing molded after being in the refrigerator for a week. Absolutely unbelievable Ill never shop there again. Ill pay more money for better quality food.

On 3/05/2023, I bough $50.76 on my *** card and went home. I then look at the *** app and saw it was charged twice. I went back and told the customer service employee, she told me that she need to call the supervisor. The supervisor then told me that it will automatically drop out and credit back to my card in 4 or 5 days. A week later and it still not corrected. I went back and now they told me that I need to take the transactions # to *** and they will put the money back to my card. They told me that it *** fault and it been happen for 4 to 5 months now. I then went to *** and they told me that I need to fill out a paperwork and it will be up to a month, if they approve the claim. I got the receipt and on the their app show double transactions, but I still need them to approve? My concern it that Winco don't care about their customers, if they do, the need to work with *** to fix the problem that going on for over 4 months. I got no issues with other supermarket, so it seem that it Winco and *** issues. So now I going to have to borrow money to buy food for the rest of the month. We know *** don't care about people going hungry, but Winco is supposed to be a family own supermarket, should they put people over profits. Some time companies forgot when they started after they got big and making a lot of money.

Thursday, March 2nd, 2023, 1:30pm, can you believe this??? 7 registers appear to be open. Every checker is working as slow as they possibly can. I see lines backed up all the way to the back of the store. I have pictures. This is unbelievable! What has happened to the old Winco??? Who is supervising this???

I shopped twice at Winco in ***********. The first time I didnt realize they only take debit, cash or checks. Shame on me. 2nd time after ringing up $268 grocery bill, I write a check after making sure they accept checks. After writing the check, I am told they dont take out of area checks. I will NOT be returning to Winco. On the counter at checkout, the check payment requirements were spelled out; no mention of in state requirement. What a waste of my time, the cashiers time and the customers behind me!

If i could give the WinCo foods located in *********, **. off of Fairway dr. A quarter of one star I ABSOLUTELY WOULD. Sadly i dont think i am able. The other day i found myself in the hospital with my son. I had been sleeping by his side in a very uncomfortable chair and had festering emotions about my baby boy and decided I needed a change of scenery but it was 4 am and i didnt think anything was open. Suri assured me a place called WinCo foods was open 24 hours! So i went! I arrived there around 4:30 am and walked up and was immediately throwing things in my cart! I was fixing to spend A LOT of money on a lot of mostly useless things that would make me feel better for the moment and might put a smile on my sons face as well! I weirdly spent about an hour in just 2 isles looking for different sizes of sweatshirts, sniffing every candle and incense and making sure i looked at every last thing. I was in a trance in this store which i thought was ok. Well i guess it WAS NOT i was in the fruit isle getting stuff my son likes and was approached by a man and women, it appeared they were cornering me! The man said TIME TO GO! You cant be here YOUR NOT ALOUD HERE ANYMORE! I looked at him then the lady and said excuse me? He said youve been kicked out of this store before for stealing and you got to go! I said ive never been in this store before sir i think you have me mistaken for someone else the lady said you spent an hour in one isle! I then said im sorry ive just never been in this store and was in no hurry to get back to where i was so i was taking my time. Is there a time limit per isle? . They continued to harass me. I gave the man my purse for him to look in to assure them i wasnt stealing (which was embarrassing n kind of made me want to cry) when i got my purse back i just agreed to leave. Insulted, embarrassed and item-less is how i left that store and i will never go back. This is why i would give WinCo a measly quarter of a star.
