      For more context, I cancelled the service within the stipulated timeframe and provided two written letters to *** notifying them of my decision due to unsatisfactory service. The company collected all their items, and I returned the aprons as requested. Their claim for liquidated damages is unjustified, especially considering I acted in good faith and within the contractual time frame for cancellation. I sent one letter with one of their drivers and one by mail

      Attached is the letter our CSR was handed on 1-23-2025, we do not show any letter that was mailed to our office. The account was picked up on 2-6-25.
      Attached is our current agreement and rider. Paragraph 2 shows what is needed for any service or quality concerns. Paragraph 9 shows how liquidated numbers are reached. On the rider page it shows the time frame the account would need to send a letter to us on the terms of the agreement.
      Attached is the letter sent to Ready and Out 3-14-25 which requested a response by 3-19-25.
      Attached is also a letter that was email to our office 3-13-2025.

      I terminated services provided by US Linen &Uniform in October ******** of their employees came to my office to pick up all remaining ******** *********************************************** sent an invoice for $214 date December 17, 2024 explaining they were charging my company for unreturned items. They offered no further explanation. I requested they remove the inappropriate charge and resubmit a new invoice via phone messages and emails.Dr. ****** *******
