      Complete Lack of professionalism. Employees behave deplorably in the businesses they service. No apology from the management/owner, this is not a company you want to be doing business with ever.

      Do NOT sign a contract with this Company. Its been 5yrs and I have asked to cancel. Then covid Hit and didnt hear from then for a long time. One day they showed up with supplies again. I told drive we dont need the service. Long story short Branch Manager ( *********************) mails me Contract info and said you cant get out of this because you didnt request it in writing 60 days before renewal. Well this was over 30 days past the renew date.. Said it will cost $1,075.86 to get out plus anyh charges for damage or unreturned items??We have serviced a long time without there supplies. We are struggling like any other small business. Best Part. We are on the minimalist service they will put me on. Fee for Product is $21.91 Other Fees deliver/fuel/sevdel chg and textile maintenance is $26.82 This is Every Two Weeks. NOT Monthly.. The **** are more then the Produce Cost.. WHAT???I will be posting Reviews all over and will be telling every other business owner my experience. For the life of me I'm not sure why a company would do this. Im sure if it was Thousands for dollars and such. BUT $48.73 Bi-Weekly? I'm Ready to be heard..
