    I've been going to ***** since 2017 and always had a great experience. Last year like the others I had her do my taxes, but unlike all the other years it was the worst tax experience of my life. I sent her my taxes in mid February of 2022. After not hearing from her for months I started to call to try and see if there was paper work that she was waiting on. When I would finally get through it was never to *****, she was always in a meeting. The receptionist would promise me that she would call me back after it was over, yet that actually never happened . I would try again the next day with the same results. The day the dead line came to get them in or file an extension I called her office just trying to make sure everything was okay with my taxes or if she needed to file my extension but still no reply at 10pm the night before the dead line I filed my own extension because it was clear that I must have slipped between the cracks. I called once a week after this seeking out a conversation with ***** until the beginning of October I finally got a hold of her. She was very apologetic about the situation and I decided now to go some where else and let her finish them, which she assured me she did. It's 04/21/2023 and I have still not received my federal return and the irs has no record of me filing last year. The worst part is because of this my taxes for 2022 are rejected because my *** is not matching with the paper work she sent me. I have called her 3 times a day since finding this out on Tuesday to try to get some clarity on last year's taxes so I can resubmit them and low and behold she's not answering the phone anymore.

    If I could award a 0 on the stars it would more correctly state my review. My income tax information was sent in early January. I did not hear from them so I called but could not get an answer. Called various times and was told ****** would return my call. Never happened !!! As submission date approached and no word I contacted the office and was told they would file for an extension. That didn't happen either !!! In about 6 month I received a notice from the *** I owed for late filing of my tax return Stay far, far away from this office. Communication is terrible. Messages are not retuned and they fail to meet deadlines .
