    On Sunday Feb. 6, 2023 I called my insurance provider "State Farm" to have my van towed, with whom I have free towing through. They dispatched "Patriot Towing" around 5pm, they arrived 3 hours later around 8pm @ my home @ ****************************** *********, ********. The driver "******" ************** loaded my van on his tow truck, I asked him to drop it off @ "********* Transmission" **************************************************************. *********, **. ***** **************. I payed him $52.50 for the over mileage fee, and he said he couldn't take it that night because the business was closed, so he then said that he would take it to their yard & when they opened on Monday morning he will tow my van & drop it off there. My van stayed @ "Patriot Towing" until Thursday Feb. 10th, without them notifying me at all. I drove out to "********* Transmission" early that Thursday afternoon after calling since Monday Feb. 7th with no reply to see what was the status of my van. They told me that my van was never dropped off, so I called "******" & ask why my van wasn't dropped off & he told me to call to their office & talk to the manager. I called "Patriot Towing" ********************************************************** ************** she told me that she tried reaching out to "State Farm" to get a release on the ********* never heard back from ********* was going to cost me $1,447.95 for storage fees for them to take my van to "********* Transmission." I called "State ****** ****** had me call "Agero" ************* who handles the towing for them. I told them what happened, so they called "Patriot Towing" then called me back & said they don't have any record of Patriot trying to contact them. They told me they would investigate this matter. I called "Patriot Towing" back & had to pay $1,447.95 for them to take my van & drop it off @ "********* Transmission." Patriot Towing lied to me, was misleading and stole my money. They have many bad reviews from clients who went thru the same thing. I'd like my money back.
