    DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE! A COMPLETE SCAM AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.THEY PRACTICE THE OLD 'BAIT AND SWITCH'. THEY OUTRAGEOUSLY OVER CHARGE AND HANG UP ON CUSTOMERS WHO CALL THEM TO DISCUSS A ****.

    Do not use. Was charged $2000 for a new defroster to fix a leaking subzero refrigerator. It still leaks. They ordered another part and kept cancelling wasting a lot of time. After a month, my wife said I dont trust them and hired another company. I requested my money back. They refused, so Im out $2000 and I still have a leaking refrigerator. They are scam artists. Wish I had read their reviews on BBB first. The ****** reviews are false. I will report them to the attorney general.

    Do not use. The company is not reachable. The part for our dryer was mailed twice and never arrived. We finally reached someone by tricking the phone system and saying we wanted to schedule a new service. The person on the phone could not help us. We just paid them for a service call for absolutely no reason. We have been without a dryer for 3 weeks. We finally asked for a refund. We will see if we get one- they will NOT refund the service call, only for the part that they couldnt get to us and will NOT have a manager call us to talk.

    Do not use!!! I am fairly confident this company is a sham. They said our sub zero wine cooler was broken because the compressor was shot. They ordered a new one, installed it, and within 12 hours, broke again. Same guy came out again (for the third time), said that there was a leak. He "fixed" the leak; within 12 hours, "Service required " flashed again. That time also, the technician left all the pieces to the fridge on my counter, screws everywhere...I didn't even know what pieces matched. They say they are going to refund my $1,075.00 but I haven'e seen it. There is a different person who answers the phone everytime, and I believe they aren't even authorized to work on sub zero appliances. Please don't use them.

    Do not use this company!!! They are online as Viking Repair Pro. I had them come to fix my Viking. The technician lied about everything. Charged me $5000 to fully renovate ny Viking. He did not. He fixed a few parts and left. Then the fridge did not even work. They lie non-stop. You cannot speak to a manager. The same woman pretends to be 5 different people. I am shocked they haven't been shut down

    Do nut use this company. It overcharged ** about $970 for parts and labor we later learned another appliance repair company would do, including $590 for about 45 minutes of work.
