- Refunds: We offer refunds for HVAC/R service and repair only in cases where the service provided does not meet the agreed-upon standards or if the issue persists despite our best efforts to resolve it. Refunds are issued based on the original payment method and are subject to review.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for HVAC/R service and repair as these are typically customized services tailored to each customer's specific needs. However, if there are any concerns or issues with the service provided, we are committed to addressing them promptly and making necessary adjustments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Warranty: Our HVAC/R service and repair come with a warranty on parts and workmanship. If any issues arise within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the faulty parts or rectify the problem at no additional cost to the customer.
Cancellation: Customers may cancel scheduled service appointments without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
