      Nortech told me they would be at my residence after 12:00 pm when I would be home from work on June 15th. They never called and never showed up! June 16, 2023, I called Nortech Friday morning. They told me they would be there that day. They did not show up! Called at 1:25 and they told me they were coming. Called again at 5:00 pm. They hung up. I called back and they said they were still coming. Called at 7:30 and no answer. June 17th I called at 10:45 am and let them know I was angry at arranging my schedule twice and they didn't call nor show up for repairs. His response was to threaten me to not fix the washing machine. June 19th 2023 Monday. Received a call at 10:17 am Nortech technician was on his way and would be there soon! That was the notice I was given. I had to hurry to be there for repairs. Tech arrived, showed him the crack in the drain hose of new washing machine. He then ran the washing machine and low and behold it leaked all over the kitchen floor. He taped the broken hose for a temporary repair. He told me he would order a new hose and he left never to be seen again. As time passed we began making jokes about how long it would be until the company called us to come out and replace the part. August 28, 2023, Monday. It has been 70 days since the Nortech technician told me he would order the replacement hose for our leaking washing machine. I called Nortech and explained why I was calling. After being put on hold a couple of times I was then told the washing machine company had canceled Nortech's order for the part. I'm confused since it's been 70 days since I've heard from Nortech and I had to call them to find out what was going on. He then rambled on about reordering the part. Put me on hold for the third time, came back and told me the company no longer sold the part to a washing machine we bought in March! If this is the kind of service you want for repairs, call Nortech. As for me I have let everyone I know about our experience with Nortech.

      Very unreliable. This company made appointments with me on August 15 and 17, and were no-shows. They promised to be here today (August 19) and once again have not shown up.

      Horrible experience with this company. My heat pump was struggling & still is after 3 different tech's looked at it. First one said "this needs a senior tech". Second tech said "all you need is a new filter" the one it had was pretty new but changed it anyway. Didn't help. First ******* were incompetent. Third tech was the most knowledgeable but he didn't follow through. My heat pump is freezing up & my pse bill is 3 times what it has been in the past. I've had the ducts cleaned & have done everything they told me would help. I had 2 appointments with the 3rd ********* never showed & noone let me know he wasn't coming. 2 whole wasted days. I bought the heat pump through ****** it was under warranty. Now it is not. I will not buy another appliance from ***** as long as they have a contract with Nortech
