    International flight weight limit is 7kg (15lbs). My case on its own weighs almost 5kg without anything inside it. What am I supposed to fit in there? A pair of underwear and extra air?

    I flew with EVA AIRLINES, last April 4, 2023 and received my luggage the same day I arrived in ******,***********. However, one of my luggage was severely damage and I had Picture of it on the same date. When I was in the airport I talked to one of the Eva Airline ground staff and they said that they couldnt do anything and I just need to do it online. Since we will be travelling on the same day to a far destination. I asked their staff if they can assist me doing it but they insist that I can just do it anytime. So I left the airport with my broken luggage. For almost 2 weeks we are in a very secluded area with not much of an Internet connection. So when I came back I immediately tried to file the complaint about the luggage but unfortunately I was misinformed. Because their website has just limited days in order for their customer to file concern. I called them and email them about the complaint. But I couldnt get a hold of someone who will be responsible with what happened. Before my departure, I finally get a hold of a manager in the airport. I explained what happened and they even took pictures of the photo and email I sent to their office. They promise to get back at me and resolve this issue. I was so patient even if I do not have enough luggage for my stuff going back to ******. We exchanged emails and details but I ended up not getting any update about the replacement of my luggage. They asked for the brand, my address and all information. I emailed them back and they never responded anymore. My husband paid about $400+ for my that samsonite luggage since It was a gift to me. Until now, I do not have any replacement or assistance from Eva Airlines. Despite of being patience on their response, I couldnt keep the disappointment on them not helping their customers who paid for their services and hoping to get a better customer service.

    *** *** looks like a regular airline until you need to change your flight, and then it turns out to be very different. One, the *** website balked at changing the flight, coming up with all kinds off nonsense messages. Two, when I tried to call, I got a pleasant-sounding lady on the answering machine, saying: "Due to high volume of calls, we can't take your call right now. Good bye!" 10 times in a row, on two different numbers (national and a local one for *******). No attempt to queue the calls and answer them in turn. Three (the best yet!), I then drove to the airport, hoping to change my ticket there. There were about 8 agents checking in customers for a flight, and a "service counter" with a lady busy texting on her phone, not noticing there was a customer who wanted to talk to her. I coughed and she looked up, and proceeded to tell me, together with another agent, that they cannot change my flight at the airport, and that I have to keep on trying to call the number that never answers! When I asked for a supervisor, they just ignored me and walked away.Faced with this much callous indifference, I shall be cancelling my $7,000 business class flight on *** and booking with another carrier instead. You should do the same.

    I booked for 5 people in May 2023 and my flight is November 1!! My flight was changed not 1! But 3 times!! I have patience but now I don't I lost a lot money and my time on vacation with my family!! I am not very happy Eva Airlines!! At least give us a seat for first class I'm sure they seats available!? I will never fly Eva Airlines again!

    EVA Airline. Once I make it through the voicemail prompts and it appears I may talk to an agent the phone disconnects. This happens if you call the main line as well as the city lines. Therefore, there is no way for. me to resolve my disagreement with being charged $50 for flight for a seating assignment. This raises my airfare a minimum of $200 for this one trip.

    As Star Alliance member to share mileage program. Eva airline has sneaky way of contact. No matter when I called the phones have always been recorded " busy the hang up". Normally, if the phone is busy, it still kept on hold.There are noway to contact Eva airline to talk.They did not respond email also.Ther is no way for me to claim my missing mileage.

    Eva Airlines refused to honor my flight ticket to ***********. Reason discriminating me as a ** citizen. My tickets were booked through ************.Some of the words used against me I can not repeat on here.Then after that I questioned my PCR test,which there was nothing wrong with test all updated. I can prove this. Then they refused to give me my travel bags. Left me stranded at *********** for 2 days.Then I sent many emails to them for my travel bags,never respond, all phone numbers on line do not work.Once I finally get to ***********, still no travel bags for 11 more days. I go back to airport very upset,demanding my travel bags, still not get bags,they are not lost. After 11 days EVA Airlines brings my bags to my hotel. I came to *********** to get married,that happened,but I had to cancel my honeymoon,no cloths. I had travel insurance, took them close to a year,but they refused to pay. EVA Airlines cost me a extra 1.303.43 for refusing to let me on plane. All started when 2 people tried to **** in line waiting to get our flight tickets.They were ****** people.He said our people first,you last. Me never said any bad words to him. They must get in lines like everybody eles,said no and when my turn came to go get my tickets, he refused me and insults about me being a ******** Citizen.I am unable to ever get EVA Airline on the phone. No matter what number I get,does not work,never respond to emails,nothing,so unreal. Hard one to forget, me still upset over this situation. Even this # right here on BBBdoes not work. Even ASAP phone # for EVA Airlines,which are many do not work. It seems they can do anything they want,and get away with it.

    I booked *** ******** class flight tickets 4/22/'23 *** **** & 7/16 BR6 for round trip btw. ******************* But my return flight seat on 7/16/'23 from *** to *****, by JetBlue B61180, actually is economic class. I do not know if *** wants to save their money and cheats customer, or their partner *** JetBlue cheats *** for more money. Besides that, I found my brand new checked in luggage was damaged when I arrived at hotel in ******. Since it was shipped direct to ****** Int'l. Airport, I could not figure out which airline *** was responsible for it, *** or JetBlue. I bought another new luggage in ******. But thluggage was damaged with a hole when I got it in ***. For sure, *** is fully responsible for it that time.Since the flight already delayed for 2 hours or more, and I needed check in luggages again then walked through another two terminals for security check again, I did have time to find an *** ****** at that time.Very bad experience. I never had checked-in luggages damaged before. This time, luggages were broken on both trip.

    Lack of system controls to help the customer. I had book a flight I believe in March 2023 to travel to ************** in June 2023 from ***. Once at *** trying to check in my bags, I was not allowed to fly because my passport expires too soon, the 6 months rule. I wasnt aware of the rule and wish when purchasing the ticket, the system have flagged or provide a warning when I input my passport information including expiration date or even when I was checking in online for my boarding pass. In addition, the airline representative that was there that night that was looking through my passport told me that shell waive all no show fees. The $220 fee was still charged on my card and when I disputed the charge, the airline commented there was no remark to waive the fee. With this issue and lack of system controls to help the consumer, it was just a nightmare especially when I was already traveling from ********* to take the flight from *** thinking everything should be good since I already have the boarding pass.
