    I had purchased a round trip ticket from EVA *** in Feb of 2023 for a trip that took place between 5/6/23 and 5/20/23. In early April, I had to change my travel plans and cancel the return leg of my ticket. I started calling EVA ***. I tried their *******, House, ** offices, their north America customer service number, their ****** and ******* offices. I was calling several times a day for a whole month, nobody ever answered the phone. At the end, I could not make the return leg, EVA *** HAD THE ***** TO SEND ME A TEXT MESSAGE AND ASKING ME TO PAY THE NO-SHOW CHARGE. Funny thing is in the text message, they asked me to call their customer service number, the number nobody answers the phone! This has got to be THE WORST airline I have ever dealt with. I would have rated negative five starts if that were an option. Take my word for it, never do business with this company.

    I keep calling their LA office and other North ************** for weeks regarding some questions, but the line is always busy and cut of, not allowing waiting. It *****, incredible for today's services standard. This is something I can't do it online. Yes, they are cheaper than other airlines going to Aisa. Avoid this airline if you want to sleep well.

    Our luggage didnt come to the destination until 3 days later. We had to buy the items we needed that were in the luggage, and spent some money for taxi to and from the airport to pick up the luggage. I tried to contact Eva airline customer service several times for compensation, but never got a hold of anyone. It just said all the agents are currently busy, please call back later. Then disconnected. Never book with them. Stay away

    Cant reach anyone to make a change in reservation. Had to cancel flight within minutes of making it and charged $150

    **************** with this ********************** is inaccessible and unaccountable. I booked a ticket with this airline and immediately cancelled in order to rebook the same itinerary through my credit card portal with points instead. I was well within the grace ****** for cancellation. However, *** cancelled only my "booking," not my "ticket," leaving me with a charge of $1,200+ and no means of contacting the airline. I spent three days and more than 8 hours trying to contact their customer service, most of the time getting an "all lines are busy, please call back later" message followed by an auto-hangup. When I finally reached a human, they were obstinate and unsympathetic. I had to use my credit card company to contact them and request a refund and waiver of the $200 penalty charge (since I cancelled within the grace ****** and rebooked with them already). They still refused to comply with the obligatory grace ****** cancellation due to their process of cancelling "tickets" and "bookings" separately and through different processes. This airline is deceptive, unaccountable, and inaccessible to customer needs.

    Have to rush through tons of selections and notifications to book a ticket for 2 adults online. It was charged in **$ (not in **$). After booking and got an email notification from my credit card, I was surprised by how expensive the ticket was after seeing it showed in US$. So, I've decided to cancel the trip immediately. However, everything was too late because all the selections I've made intentionally or unintentionally. Anyway credit card ask me to call the Eva *** because it was still pending of charge. So, I did and wait for almost 2 hours (on and off; off because I was frustrated for the waiting). After being received by a representative, she was not very polite and went through the cancellation process with me and she definitively said that there was nothing she can help. And, unknowing there was another *************** fees to be charged in addition to the cancellation fee. Well I bit the bullet and wait until 2 weeks later. I saw the ticket went from pending charge to final charge and still remained on my credit card. Then I realize all my effort of calling the Eva *** online receptionist was futile. So, I have to initiate the dispute process to **************** with my credit card company. Well I used to think high of Eva ***, but not anymore. After my phone cancellation, I later booked new cheaper tickets from its competitor which I was also a member of its frequent flyer customer. The ****** I've learned from *** *** was totally frustrated and disgusted. No more business from me or our family any more.

    *** Air sent me an email to that my flight changed. The email urged me to accept the change immediately or cancel my flight, since it is one day I accepted it under pressure. But not knowingly that they only changed my connecting flight that will result in a 29 hours layover. I called Orbitz to change the flight to the same day but *** will not change it without a change fee. Why did they changed my connecting flight that resulted in a layover of 29 hours when there's a flight in the first leg on the same day? Is this changed made to generate changed fee?
