      I had bought tickets for the ******************** Cab for Cutie as one of my bucket list concerts. My wife and I were trying to transfer the tickets between us but the app would say it didnt go through, so we would try again. I ended up with several emails saying that we actually had transferred the tickets, yet neither of us were able to access the tickets from the Kraken Hockey Ticketmaster portal. I emailed ******************************************* a day before the show, and texted their contact number several hours before the show, but they never got back to me. I emailed them again on the 9th to again get someone to answer me but again they did not ************, not only did I not get to see one of my bucket list concerts but I am also out the $524.65 that I paid for the tickets. I want my money back!

      ****Though their comment about contacting them through ***** services is pretty tone deaf when their contact page has a different number and email!!!****

      On October 6th I went to Climate Pledge Arena for the ******** + Machine concert, at 8 PM. Before the concert, I bought 1 t-shirt as a souvenir of the concert. The t-shirt was $45, plus taxes would be around 50. I used my debit card to pay for the t-shirt, and as they were ******* as to buy because of the line, I paid without looking at the amount charged. But right away I got an email from my bank BECU saying I had a large expense of $104.18 from Climate Pledge Arena. That meant that they charged for 2 t-shirts instead of one. I immediately went to talk to the clerk to solve the issue, but she said she couldnt find any transaction in my name in their system. I then talked to the self claimed manager, and she told me the same, even with me showing her the purchase on my bank app. She then said the t-shirt company didn't have a name or number,. and that I should complain with Climate Arena. I did, and they answered me via email saying they couldn't find any transaction in my name, even with me sending them a screenshot of my bank app with the transaction. So then Climate Arena consumer service told me to contact BECU for a dispute, but I lost it because **** said there was no discrepancy with the transaction and I didnt provide more proof. Who is lying? Did Climate Pledge Arena find the transaction on my name and informed ****? I want my refund of 104.18 minus 1 t-shirt and minus the tip I gave them, horrible service, not trust worthy.

        I am writing to inform you that my complaint #******** has been resolved.  Climate Pledge Arena finally sent me an email (attached) saying they had issued a check with the amount of $104. I got the check and by mail with a letter written by hand saying they were sorry for my bad experience with them.  It was a shame I had to go through the system to get my refund.  I note that I only asked for the refund of the fair amount of $58 (1 t-shirt plus taxes and tip), but they decided to refund me the whole amount.

       

      I'm really grateful that BBB contacted them and I was finally heard and now I feel like justice was served!
