      We went to see a world top performer; when we got there and there was a ridiculously long line. After more than one hour standing in line, an old man (staff member) came to us all and told us that there were 12 other doors all with less than half the line of this one. At the check point, there was an old lady who was obnoxiously rude and extremely slow. At the same long line I had been at, I heard a lady saying she had been in line for more than one a half hours. We got inside after our performer was on his third song of the show. I have attended other venues such as *********************** in Auburn, ************, ******************, *************** and at all those venues the staff was moving at normal speeds and always attentive to distribute people in the lines. This is by far the worst I have experienced and would never recommend anyone to attend this venue. My overall experience: RUDE, extremely slow, and plain outright UNACCEPTABLE behavior from the staff who should be providing a service. The Climate Pledge Arena staff the most unmotivated and careless staff I have seen in my entire life. The main reason for this, either they didn't have an idea what kind of performer was attending the venue or it was discrimination on minorities. I hope to never return.

      Thank you for your feedback. Due to production delays with the tour, doors opening were also delayed for this event. This caused longer lines than are normal for events and concerts at Climate Pledge Arena. We do everything to avoid this type of scenario and experience for our guests. Unfortunately, some circumstances are out of our control. But, we do evaluate our procedures and policies related to guest experience after every event, and your feedback is important to that process.

      On 02/27./2023 I saw an amazing show at the **** I had an ADA ******* to get to my seat I had to give up my wheels and crawl down stairs, and pull myself up into the seat. Then my wheels were taken away by staff. (!) Thus, I couldn't leave my seat the entire exhausting, mind-blowing 4-hour show. By then of course, I had to get to the bathroom. Once finished, I was unable to properly wash my hands because I couldn't reach the soap. I have reached out to the **** the City of Seattle and the ************** and have received no response. It's very disappointing that such a modern climate friendly building is so unfriendly to people with disabilities.
