  This company ripped ** off. We are out the cost for the rental car and did not get the car. I would hope no one else would have to go through what we did. I would never go through them again. I would give them 0 stars if it was an option

  Extremely unsatisfied with what I saw as a bait and switch deal. I booked a rental car for 2 weeks that I intended on using for a road trip for business. I wanted a fuel economy car and so I chose the managers special because it said it would be something like that or similar. However, it DID NOT say in that description that it could possibly be an electric car...which it turns out, the managers special happened to be that. If I had known that I was going to get an electric car, I would not have chosen the managers special. I would have booked the economy car just below at the SAME rate as the managers special. When I went to get the car and found out that it was an electric car I was FORCED to pay the upgrade of $250.00 for the car that would have been the same rate as the electric one 2 weeks earlier. I feel like I was ripped off on purpose. I feel that they knew I would not want the electric car, and used that as a way to **** off their electric car at my expense. And you can forget getting through to any customer service...they do not provide that.

  Do not book its a a scam i prepaid they had me l thinking i rented a car for 10 bucks a day its a lie now they say that was a service fee cars are crappy i had to pay 377 00 on top of what i already had pay i knew it was to good to be true! Don't rent its a big scam and their cars are only worth 5 bucks a day old damaged car charger for phones did not work no key fob old locks for377 i should old went with Hertz

  I paid for a rental car with this company and got there and they refused to rent me the car. No only that when I called the company they said I had to email with my complaint and refused to pay me the money back . This has messed up my travel plans and is costing me more money and time I dont have. I exceptable . This happened through Expedia an they used this so called 3rd party company

  They did not tell me this was an off-site rental with Economy Rental Car until I got to my destination. That was done in a 2 part text. Left standing in the hot sun in *********. No shade. This is a deceptive business practice. I will report this to the ****

  Do not get excited by their availability or low prices, this company is a scam. I prepaid close to $1000 and when I arrived to my international destination, the company did not have a car for me because carrentals.com gave them the wrong information. I had to book last minute at twice the price from somewhere else. This is actual theft, they will steal from you and you will never see any of that money again even though they are not giving you any services. I know they won't think much of my review, but just look below. Negative reviews against this company are stacking up and they will crash and burn very soon.

  can I give 0 stars. do not rent from them. we waited almost an hour for a shuttle to the off airport site. there was nobody in person at the site, only 2 kiosks with computer monitors and several people on line. it took everybody considerable time to figure out the procedure. they said I can not use my own insurance which I have done many many times when visiting *****/***. They tried to charge me 4x the amount quoted on Expedia. I cancelled the car and went ******************* and rented from *****

  I clicked on 41$ per day and when I got my final bill they charged me 61$ per day. They have an excuse that prices change minute to minute on the web. I prepaid this reservation. There could not have been a change from when I clicked it and booked in a 2 minute period. They will not tell you the truth that there will rob you as you are paying.

  DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE GUYS - I thought I was only reserving a car. It turns out I was prepaying and it was non-refundable. My dates that I input were incorrect and when I asked to make the dates changed....they told me it was non-refundable. I pressed the Reserve a car button thinking I was doing just that.THIS IS SUCH A SCAM!!!!!!!!

  DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! Unresponsive, had to try to reach them over ************************************************* back, never would. I chose a car airport rental, and it wasnt until after I paid that it showed the rental was offsite and I would have to pay for an Uber to go get the rental. Wouldnt refund the money even after the car rental confirmed it was canceled. Took money from me and wouldnt ever respond or assist to resolve the issue. Extremely misleading. Do not rent from them!
