  JND are CRIMINALS! I was part of the Equifax breach which I joined. These crooks claimed to have emailed a notice in 2023. They're willfully lying. They claim to have confirmation the email was delivered and opened. I want proof! They're refusing to provide me proof of the email and have denied my claim. They know **** well an email wasn't sent nor opened. Just another crooked *ss company stealing money from consumers and victims. I will research who owns this ***** **** gang and go acter them, legally.Hey THIEVES, proove you emailed me any notice and that I opened it!!! You should have a IT person capable of doing this! WAITING...

  I was sent a refund check by JND Legal Administration and the check was rejected. I will file a complaint with the *** and my state ************************** Other people have experienced the same issue

  I received my modification on my GL-350 in 2021 but never received a payment. I submitted my paperwork through the settlement website on time and have attempted to contact JND Holdings multiple times with no response. It seems that I should have received a payment from for about $3500 and another from MB for $2000, without the promised payments I will send certified letters to inform the *** for non compliance to their orders if I do not get what was ordered. Please help me avoid these actions. I am active duty in the US Army and will seek legal aid through the *** office. My claim number is: PJ4T5-URD9V.   STAY AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS. I was a part of a group that filed a claim against Porsche for a faulty emissions system. Well, JND Legal represented ** and has since received the settlement money. Instead of paying it out to the customers, they have gone ghost and have failed to reply to any of us or return messages. The same group of us is looking to take them to court in order for us to receive the settlement they have falsely promised us.

  I was a victim of of sexual assault by *******************************. JND Legal was the company responsible for notifying victims and then distributing funds from the class action lawsuit against *** and this horrible man. I was never notified. *** made almost no attempt to find me and notify me, even though my HIPAA records had been released to them, and they knew I had suffered a vaginal examination under this man. The company mailed a letter and an initial settlement check to an address I lived at as a sophomore in college over 20 years ago. When they had money left over--for about **** settlement claimants had no been reached through their inadequate efforts--they then attempted to do some type of research and found me. (Unsurprisingly-- I am a home owner, a registered voter, an actor and audiobook narrator with websites and social media--I am VERY easy to find) I was sent a check for less than what a tier 3 claimant--anyone who walked into USC student health services with pink eye--received, as well as a **** letter that I had forfeited my rights and my settlement amount since I never responded to the letters they mailed to my college address. I tried emailing, calling--no one from the legal team ever responded to me. I did speak to ******, who was the project manager, and she was incredibly rude. The whole experience was awful--unspeakable to be told I'm a victim of sexual assault and force me to recall those memories, and also to blame me for not responding to a letter I had no chance to receive. The lack of effort they put into finding/ informing claimants and distributing settlement checks is absolutely egregious. No one staffs the legal team's emails pr phone numbers, or at least, no one responds. They try to adhere to whatever bare minimum effort will cover them legally for their insufficient "attempts," and in doing so, they profit upon people who have already been harmed.

  They are absolute crooks! and should be investigated. They are robbing people of their money and they seem to be getting away with it. I had an address change and now they know that, they cancelled the check and they are refusing to send it to my new address. They will just say they will escalate the situation, but nothing ever comes out of it.They should NEVER! handle a civil suit again and I will go on ever site promoting their swindling thievery.

  It should not even be legal to send a .73 cent check to a recipient from a class action suit ( ***** fargo gap refund settlement). You could have kept the change. I will never sign to be apart of any other class action lawsuit you are apart of and I suggest everyone who reads this post don't bother. I should have know yall **** since you were representing this bank in the first place. **** really had the nerves to bother me about a .73 cent checktf
