      I went to a Starbucks and I ordered my drink the my drink I order everyday. ***** sugar oak milk shaken expressing upside down with brown sugar nondairy cold foam. The partner asked what do you mean update down so I explained I order this drink this way every day and its terminology used in the app. So I went on to explain its milk at the bottom and espresso poured on to so its not so milky as Im explaining the shift supervisor jumps in the conversation at a higher tone saying maam this drink is going to be milky and the cold foam a going to seep into the coffee and I said maam I order this everyday for years Ive been drinking this drink. I went onto to say I been here for five minutes explaining my drink and this shouldnt be the case. Thats my rose I will take it how it comes. I pulled around to the window and asked for the manager and the shift supervisor Alley said we are not making your drink today. I said what? She diss you can call cooperate or talk to the district manager I said ok I said will do that. It felt like she was targeting me for racism because me explaining my drink and how I usually get it doesnt mean you deny me my service when the original person asked me like she didnt know what I was asking. Its very frustrating Ive been a Starbucks loyal customer for many many years and I order and spend my money with this company daily this kind of service is totally uncalled for.

      I contacted customer service via online chat to see if I could get stars man manually added to my account. My ********************** app was not working on June 8, 2025. I always mobile order and pick up my drinks. I ordered through the drive-through and asked for a copy of my receipt so I can have the stars added. I spoke to the customer service representative who told me that she would have to submit the request and I still have not received my *****. Im not sure what the problem is. This isnt a hard request. I also told her that the drink I ordered and the drink I received were totally different and she refused to escalate that situation. I paid over seven dollars for the wrong drink. I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for multiple years every time I have a problem they never wanna fix it and its always reluctant andthey always tell me theres not much they can do. I asked them to please look at my account and see how much money I spend Starbucks per month or per year. In this economy, spending any money on a drink is a luxury and I feel like Starbucks isnt grateful for me as a customer spending as much money as I do I want the stars added it to my account that Im entitled to. Its pathetic that it even has to come to submitting a complaint to get stars on an app.

      This is the third time starbucks coffee located on ********************************************************************* up my order. everytime was for a total of approximately $10.00 each $30.00 total. By the time I realize the order is wrong I'm on the highway. The first time I ordered warmed ******** with butter, the ******** was cold and the butter hard as a rock, recently the hot cappuccino was cold. Lastly, they open the doors late which makes me late for work. I would like a gift card please to use at a different Starbucks coffee shop. I willl never again go to the one on *************.

      I have been going to the same Starbucks located on *********/Western in ***********, ** for over 3 years now because it's the closes location to me. Over the last year maybe longer things have been getting increasingly difficult the staff is always rude and the manager seems to support the horrible customer service and ill treatment of customers they have been constantly purposefully making my drink wrong and I feel I now basically pay to have a sparring match because it's always attitudes and back and fourth and gaslighting I have tried to communicate with the employees but they listen to respond not to understand I have even tried to accommodate them by changing my drink and how i order it to be made ( I increased the pumps of syrup and order extra splash of milk) to try and fix the issue and avoid getting it made incorrectly but they purposefully ignoring the order and fix it wrong I have remained calm and try to communicate despite this being an everyday issue as I patronize the Starbucks every single day I was paying almost $8 for a cup of coffee and I know the way I order my drink and if they follow my directions (the sticker) they can achieve the taste I want because it has been done before at this same location and always is made right when I visit other locations but the team here seems to take things personal and are trying to make me the problem it has become draining to have to experience this daily and after several complaints to corporate nothing has improved I no longer feel safe going to that location as the employees seems to have so much distain for me I honestly don't know if they would take things as far as tampering with my drink as much as I use to enjoy my trips to Starbucks everyday is has become a reoccurring battle and it truly disappointing that I may have to take my business where I'm treated like a human a paying customer and where I'm valued

      In Our store on ******* st in ************, our air conditioning has been broken for well over a month. During the last few weeks the assistant manager of the hotel connected to our store has had an extension cord connected to a portable ac unit that draws a lot of power. Yesterday we discovered the cord to the portable ac unit melted into the extension cord. I let the manager know we can not plug an ac unit into the extension cord because it draws too much power and is a fire risk but she did not listen.

      This summer the Starbucks located at ***************************************************************** has had no air conditioning. From June ***** (today) there has been an on going heat wave. The workers there are working under unsafe conditions. I spoke to a manager about it and my concerns went ignored. I know Starbucks temperature policy and they are clearly violating this. The employees there are being abused and neglected as a concerned citizen it breaks my heart and I am sure this is illegal.

      I went to Starbucks and ordered my usual coffee 10 minutes later I went back in the drive-through and ordered two large water cups considering thatI had a dog that stopped breathing. They refuse to give me water after being a paying Customer for over 15 years .I called corporate. I told the situation as I was livid, almost losing my dog over a measly 2 cups of water that Starbucks would not give me and was ***** about. I am retracting all of my friends, family employees in corporate from Starbucks and going somewhere else meaning that they will lose overtime millions of dollars in a matter of a year. This is what the world has come to, this is sad and frustrating. Starbucks will no longer be my first choice to go to or a choice in general at all. Who refuses water to anyone ? This is crazy

With the outside temperature near 100 degrees, I requested a cup of water. The employee I spoke towho identified herself as the store manager, *** Solisstated they no longer provide water to customers.I then offered to purchase a cup of ice water. She refused, saying store policy prohibits it. I asked if I could order a coffee and substitute water instead; again, she declined, citing corporate policy that water can only be provided after accepting the coffee. I asked for the district manager's name and was told "Megan." **** I clarified, Even if someone is willing to pay or substitute water in this heat, youll still refuse? she confirmed: Yes.I was stunned by this response, especially given the extreme heat and the store's proximity to a community of unsheltered individuals. Denying waterparticularly when payment is offeredis both inhumane and a potential public health risk.

      On my Starbucks app I had a digital gift card that had a balance of around $11. On 6/8/25, I made 3 separate transactions to load $45 total onto the card from virtual credit cards that I lawfully had access to (these were gifted to my family from an airline delay). In response the next day Starbucks not only reversed the money loaded onto my account, they also wiped the existing money of $11 I'd loaded without my permission. These are my funds that I paid for legally. Their digital gift card system and practices are abusive, deceptive, and unlawful. I filed a case on 6/9 which they said would be resolved in 3-5 business days, and I've contacted 2x since and they still have not appropriately resolved my case.I would like to the balance that was stolen from me to be refunded, and also additional compensation due to the hours I've wasted trying to get Starbucks to take corrective action on this issue.

      The coffee large frappe mocha I ordered with no cookie crumble and no whip cream and gave one with cookie crumble in it I called and they wouldnt do anything about it
