      The Barista Read at ************************************* was rude. I ordered food and paid and a Caucasian lady ordered food and paid after me and got her order first. The barista read did not apologize when I asked why that happened. Is a shame that discrimination still goes on now and my minor child had to witness this. I asked for a little bit of extra in my drink and was not given in because she didn't pour the fool spoon *** was ignored meanwhile the Caucasian lady git everything she asked for

      I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for over 15 years. For my birthday this year, I specifically asked for a Starbucks gift cardsomething simple and meaningful for someone who visits regularly. Unfortunately, when I tried to load the card to my Starbucks account, the balance showed $0. After some investigating, I found out that the card information had been stolen and the funds were already used by someone else.I immediately contacted Starbucks ***************** expecting the level of support you'd hope for from a company Ive supported for over a decade. Instead, I was met with delays, vague responses, and no real assistance. They told me they were dealing with additional issues and could not help me at this time. While I understand that companies can be overwhelmed, its unacceptable to offer zero resolutionespecially when the issue is not my fault.This was a birthday gift. Its deeply frustrating and disheartening that a company Ive supported for so long cant take the time to resolve a case of theft involving their own gift card system. Ive provided all the information they requested, and Im still waiting for any meaningful ********* not just disappointedIm genuinely hurt. A simple act of kindness from a loved one was completely soured by Starbucks' lack of accountability and customer care. I hope this review encourages the company to take issues like this seriously and prioritize customer trust and *************** me for the Case #.

      There was shards of broken plastic in my drink, Ive mustve consumed something but spat most of it out. It doesnt deserve a star but since it needs a star raiding, theres no choice of an under star. So 1 star it is.

      This review is for the ********************* MA shop and only shop Im referring to! I order coffee and refreshers EVERY DAY mind you its not cheap either almost seven dollars a pop not once do they ever get the order right not only do they mess it up but are rude when you ask them to correct their own mistake! If Im paying for extra cold foam i should be able to see it not have to go on a scavenger **** to find it! Same with refreshers and berries its coming out of my pocket not YOURS!! Very frustrating when youre looking forward to a great cup of *** and your served the complete opposite!!! I. Have not had any issues with **************** Starbucks they are fantastic from now on I will absolutely travel across town as its worth my efforts and avoid disappointment altogether ??

      Prices keep increasing, hospitality decreasing, very unwelcoming overall.Why i am saying this to the BBB in particular is because of the "star rewards;" they say 25 stars covers an espresso shot but it doesn't, it only covers $1 of it. That is blatantly false advertising. I want a refund for every time i have used my stars for a shot only to still be charged for said ******* might seem like i'm nitpicking here but they probably made millions off of people who didn't know this was the case and they should be forced to refund every cent. What happened to Starbucks? It's such a wreck now.

      i ordered the new summer ***** Lemonade and i ordered the 30z but what happend is they didnt give the correct size they gave the 16oz instead and i contacted starbucks but they said they had no recorded when i have all the receipts and everything to prove it they were no help id like to get ahold of someone to resolve this they never even adjusted the amount they charged for the full 30oz even though they didnt give it to me i feel like its unfair

      This company continues to have multiple issues that seem so easy to fix. First of all, on the App it always says they are out of Decaf Coffee when they are clearly not. So i have to go into the store at 4:30 a.m. instead of placing order online. Not convenient!!!. They started using these automatic single serve brewing machines and the coffee tasted totally different that fresh brewed. Oh and the coffee is scalding hot, you have to wait ************************* and the machine fills it to the rim and the assoc. pours in cream so it is overflowing and slams the lid on. By the time you get to work your coffee is all over your center counsel. These cups they use have a knot on the rime which allows for coffee to escape every time. I thinks its about time to switch to a different coffee joint!!!

      Just bought a hot matcha at a Starbucks on The riverwalk in ***********, I walked for a bit before trying it. It was disgusting with lumps of matcha, it was hot water mixed the matcha. Found another Starbucks on the way to the shops at ************, explained to them what happened and they couldnt care less. They were rude and dismissive. It shouldnt matter what Starbucks you buy from, if the product is not made properly it should be replaced. It was a grande cup of matcha, I wasnt asking for anything more. I understand they are franchises owned by different investors, but I would think l that making good by the name should be a priority regardless of where it was purchased. Extremely dissatisfied with the response I will write this review on every single platform I can find.

      Service is a joke at this location. It's obvious why they have a lot of employee turn around; management and employees need retrained on how to run a store properly and how to treat people with common courtesy and not entitlement. They are ALWAYS running out if items because they do not know how stock a store, apparently. Stay clear. & Free **********?
