    The company, Tiphaus, is responsible for paying out money earned in tip format to servers the day following a worked shift. the company has released a new app, and new system approximately a week and a half ago. All servers who utilize their service are running into mass issues, and can not access our money. They tell us to utilize phsical cards that were shipped without a pin number, and you can not reset the pin in the app. We write letters and call support and get no answers or estimation of return of funds. we can not transfer money, charges in amounts between 5 to three hundred dollars are appearing on the accounts as finalized transaction without the ability to dispute them, and without the ability to get any contact with the company. i am both an employee who is using this service and has been personally affected, and also a part time manager who is looking my employees in the face explaining i have no idea where there money is, or has gone.

    The issue arose during the transition from one bank partner to another and there were certain issues that arose that were outside of our control to a large extent.
    The TipHaus team is dedicated to resolving all issues for any affected parties.
