    Unbelievable, they have held my tips for 13 days, still waiting for $993.00 to transfer since Dec 20th

    Servers are forced to receive their tip payout into a Tiphaus account. Then, ******************** charges a substantial (.75%) fee to transfer our money into our checking account. The delay for the transfer is 3-5 business days. The fact that we have no other option, other than to pay them to get our money, is absolutely ridiculous. Today, Tiphaus removed the my hard-earned tip money from my checking account instead of depositing it so that massive overdraft charges were levied by my bank against me. The money cannot be located by either Tiphaus or my bank! I am broke and overdrawn! There are no customer service phone numbers listed for ********************.

    They should get zero stars!!! They are nothing but parasites getting rich off of servers! They should be ashamed of themselves! The only reason they are making money is because servers are FORCED TO PARTICIPATE IF THEY WANT TO KEEP THEIR JOBS! I can't wait for them to be sued and be FORCED LIKE WE ARE to pay back every ***** they have basically stolen from servers!
