      Terrible property management company. I've worked with quite a few different property management companies and these are by far the worst people I have had the misfortunate to deal with. In fact, they are the only ones Ive ever had issues with. Heres a sample of what they have done with my condominium homeowners association: 1) they released private information to my bank, regarding pending building repair work, that resulted in my refinancing loan being declined; 2) they charged exorbitant late fees for *** **** despite an agreement I had in place with the prior property management which allowed me to send in dues a few days late because of my paycheck schedule; 3) they are currently trying to apply a $9 MILLION dollar special assessment to condo property owners for building repairs, despite having a majority of homeowners vote against it. The special assessment for my unit alone comes to nearly $67,000. I cant afford this. This makes my property practically worthless. Who would buy this? They are sabotaging our condominium property. Be warned.
