    I placed an order on 1/9/25. That same day, I got an order saying my order has shipped. Except it never actually shipped - it has been sitting in pre-shipment for 12 days. I have tried email, chat, and phone to talk to customer service and no one will answer me. I want my order shipped IMMEDIATELY via the fastest shipping this company has. And I want an apology for their complete lack of customer service.I finally heard back from an agent today named ***** T who was rude, condescending, and unhelpful. I would like HER fired for her terrible attitude and the fact that she did NOTHING to help me.

    I purchased items from Paulas Choice and after receiving them, shipped them back. The company issued only a small refund for two large orders I placed. I disputed the two charges on my Apple Card but I paid the Apple Card bill. ***** Card issued an initial credit to my card for both and then reversed the initial credit and billed this as a new charge. There have been fifteen disputes that resulted each time in two new charges being rebilled to my Apple Card. Paulas Choice responded to each of the fifteen disputes by saying the charges were valid and they did nothing wrong. They benefitted from these reversals and probably saw no reason to stop it. Each rebilled amount was sent fifteen times

    I bought a ******** phone the end of May this year and it is still under warranty. August ******************************* everytime I picked it up and touched the power key. They are now telling me to send it back first *** to eight week evaluation before they will replace it. I can not and will not be without a phone for a fault that is their own. Not to mention they do need to investigate this issue as to so it doesn't happen to anyone else. I do not mind sending them my phone for this after replace is sent. Please help me resolve this issue.     Product arrived different than what was stated on packaging and on website. Ordered exfoliating face wash and basically received a bottle of water. What a scam. It runs off of my fingers faster than water, actually. Do not order from them.

    On Nov 11th received this email-Your registration has been processed and your account has been successfully created under my email address here. I have never heard of this company nor have I created an account.
