I returned an item and have been getting a run around about a refund getting issued. I was told I would receive an email when refund was processed by 6/3/25. They have had the item for 14 days. Now they are telling me if I dont receive refund by 7/3/25 to call them again.Business Response

Package was left in public apartment building in an unsecured location. I was not in the country. Upon returning home there was no package ! This is a publics project apartment building with no security no door man! The doors are always open so anyone from the street can come and go as they please. My name is ***** and I recently placed an order with Nordstrom, order #*********, Versace Barocco Greca Low Top Sneaker. My order was shipped in two different packages and I only received one of the packages. Nordstrom tracking did not provided any proof of delivery, just stated that the package was delivered at my front porch on June 01, 2025 at 12:51pm. I've searched for the package everywhere but no luck, Up until today (June 2nd 2025) the package has yet to show up at my front door, Im still waiting for it. I believed this package went ashtray. I reached out to Nordstrom **************** for a resolution/refund, ******************** denied my request/refund and never give me an explanation. My money is being charged but my item was not delivered . This is super frustrating to deal with especially when Nordstrom is a big company and I trust Nordstrom will do their part. What an embarrassment I have to go through. Nordstrom agent advised me to file a police report, filing a police report would be irrelevant. The item could be delivered to a wrong house which does not constitute as theft. I am rejecting this response because: i did not give Nordstrom permission to use my credit card to pay debt owed to Nordstrom that was already filed in a bankruptcy. Had to cancel my long history of credit with ******* **** due to fraudulent charges. Subjecting my credit history and loss of available services. I had nothing to do with Nordstrom dont have an account with said company and *** them nothing. They used my credit card info and attached it to an old debt for someone elses account without permission. Resolution: return to my ******* **** account the amount you took $761.24 immediately!

I am rejecting this response because: A complaint was filed with card issuer my phone and several phone calls. Tried to contact Nordstrom and was told since I dont have an account with them that couldnt help me. Ive not received any proof showing a valid reason for this charge to my credit card. Dont even know how many years ago debt was incurred. I do know a bankruptcy lawyer is aware of fraud of use by my credit card by Nordstrom and completely agrees to dispute. Not my account, not my problem. You have failed to prove anything . Reverse the charges back to my card and you should contact the attorney for your charges that youve failed to prove were even real or valid.

I was genuinely excited to receive my order, but the experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. The shoes were shipped without a box, just placed in a plastic bag, which was already unprofessional. Even worse, the shoes clearly showed signs of previous use, as if someone had already worn them. When I brought them to a physical store to return them, the staff refused to process the return because of their condition. I find this completely unacceptable. Nordstrom used to be known for its customer service, yet takes no accountability for missing items in an order. My order was delivered yesterday (5/30/25) by Ontrac. I went outside immediately as the delivery driver left, the box was open and empty. A Pair of $1295 Louboutin heels (Item#********) was supposed to be inside but the box was empty. I contacted Nordstrom Live chat immediately to let them know what had happened, I was told I would receive a refund and could place a new order for my desired Items.
