1 starI WAS RACIALLY PROFILED BY "SURI" THE WAITRESS (white lady about 60yrs old with reading glasses and grey shoulder length hair) My family and I (NEGRO) came to town to visit my daughter in **************, june 30th we ate at Nordstrom for lunch, supi was our waitess, we ate, paid with our Nordstrom card and left a tip. We return for a 2nd time and was sat in her service area, she refused to acknowledge us yet told the chief (whom was negro) too serve us, while she help others (everyone white), we had NO straws or utensil, my daughter had to chase supi down just to request silverware which in turn was passed up and was told "I'm to busy" THAT DID IT!!!! we spoke with the **** *** of ******** and the chief who informed us " she was tierd of US spending over ****** and NOT leaving tip's" we NEVER been there except the day before and were from out of state, so she RACIALLY profiled us and slander my profile and defragmented my Charter and my civil rights was violatedReview fromShunshun C

1 starI bought something from this Nordstrom website/app. My package was supposed to arrive on the 27th, but the courier marked it as "no access" without even attempting delivery. I provided my phone number, but no one contacted me or tried to deliver. I called customer service and requested delivery on the 28th, but after waiting the whole day, the delivery was canceled again.Although I received a refund, this does not solve my problem. I need the item itself, as it is very hard to find-money is not the issue. I am very disappointed with this delivery experience. Even when I didn't provide an access code in the past, other couriers were still able to deliver. The first missed delivery was due to the missing code, but the second time I provided it and still did not receive my package. When I contacted the delivery company, I felt their response was unhelpful and impolite. Especially since they work with TForce for shipping! Neither company takes responsibility! I attempted to purchase a pair of earrings from Nordstrom's website as a birthday gift for my wife. Nearly a week passed without any update, so I checked on the orderonly to discover it had been canceled without any notification whatsoever. No email, no alert, nothing.When I contacted customer service, I was told the item had sold out. Apparently, Nordstrom has no issue taking your payment for an out-of-stock item and then quietly canceling the order after the fact. This isnt just poor serviceits operational *************** make it right, they offered to waive shipping fees on my next order. The original order already included free shipping, so this gesture was entirely meaningless. When I asked for any alternative resolution, I was told, verbatim, that there was nothing else they could ***** lets be clear: Nordstrom is capable of taking your money for a product they can't deliver, can cancel your order without notice, and offers zero meaningful recourse when they mess it up. Thats not just bad customer serviceits a systemic failure in both process and accountability.Until this company learns how to operate like a professional retailer and shows even a basic level of respect for customers, I strongly advise everyone to shop elsewhere.Nordstrom, Inc.

Nordstrom orders are not charged until the order is shipped, if you are seeing a charge that would be a pending authorization which will automatically fall off between ***** hours. Nordstroms once outstanding customer service is gone. In the couple of months, I have had multiple orders cancelled with no explanation. One order was a gift so I had to rush find the same product at another store. I contacted customer service and they were no help. I am canceling my Nordstrom card and, after using my accumulated bonus notes, I will no longer be a customer.Nordstrom, Inc.

I recently ordered two pairs of shoes from Nordstrom online, which were scheduled to arrive separately. One of the pairs was incorrect. When I reached out to customer service, I was told I could return the wrong item by either taking it to a Nordstrom store or dropping it off at *****, and then they could start a brand new order. While I appreciated that I wouldnt need to place the order again myself, I was frustrated that Id have to go out of my way to fix their mistake. One of the reasons I shop online is for convenienceand this completely defeated the point.I asked to speak to a manager and was told ***** could come pick up the item from my home, but only if I provided my credit card so they could charge me if the return wasnt received within 30 days. That felt like an aggressive policyespecially since they never asked me to confirm which wrong item I even received. What if ***** lost the package and I was charged for something I never ordered? To make matters worse, there was no time window for pickupjust anytime after 9 a.m. So now I had to potentially stay home all day (also I have a job to go to), just to make sure they didnt charge my card. Nordstrom made the error, but I was the one doing all the work to correct it. This was a disappointing experience from a company known for good customer service.Nordstrom, Inc.

I recently purchased a necklace on Nordstrom Rack the description stated that the necklace was 45 inches in length. When I received the item , the necklace was only 18" long, I called customer service and can you believe that they response was they would have to call the manufacturer **** to find out if the description that was on Nordstrom Rack website was correct. How does a large company like Nordstrom not verify was description is put on their website , what a joke. Buyer beware !!! don't trust any description for any item on Nordstrom Rack as the company will put a description without verifying it the description is true to the item.Nordstrom, Inc.

I purchased a bag from them and the strap completely fell apart after 6 months, also causing me to lose certain items as the bag also fell off. Ive contacted Nordstrom on chat and email and been given the runaround. Similar retailers stand behind purchases and will offer a replacement, fix, refund etc. not Nordstrom. Will certainly not purchase from them and sister stores going forward.Nordstrom, Inc.

I completely understand your frustration, and Im really sorry to hear that your bag didnt meet your expectations. Its definitely disappointing when an item doesn't hold up, especially when its purchased with the intention of lasting much longer.

I placed an order for a very expensive item. I received an email that my item was delivered around 10am. When I got home from my 7-7 shift I didnt see any package at my door step. I asked the mail men the next day which he replied that he didnt know. I asked all my neighbors and was told that they receive my package. I then contacted customer service and was told that my item was indeed delivered and they refused to refund me. I tried explaining that I know it says delivered but theres no package here. They told they were able to track it through gps so I then asked for the proof so I can file a police report but they refused to give me that. So I know have to take a 3k loss for an item I never received. Mind you, Ive spend thousand and thousands of dollars with this company. This has been the most stressful and frustrating experiences of my life. I will never buy from this company ever again!Nordstrom, Inc.

This is absolutely ridiculous, my whole package is gone and they said it was delivered but didnt, I have cameras at my house, I send photos and everything but they didnt respond to that. These are my children vacation clothes and my children spring break was canceled because I used my last to purchase those clothes and didnt had any more money at the time, very not fair and yes my children is triggered. Customers are very nasty and they even went as far as handing up the phone on me. I would recommend not shopping here, also my sister live in another state and experiencing the same problem from Nordstrom rack, how is that possible, we been scam I guess.Nordstrom, Inc.

Nordstrom told me in order to work with me , I have to close out the dispute, I did just that only to receive a message saying they are no longer working with me. I even ask Nordstrom where is the photo when my package was delivered and they couldnt present me with one. I believe I called so many times they dont answer when they see my number they give me an automated voice saying leave your name and number and we will contact you back, Ive did that several time and no one called me back, if I use a neighbor or family phone then the calls go thru. My bank said Nordstrom has not reached out to them regarding this transaction and when I try to call my bank with Nordstrom on the phone they said they cannot talk with me and my bank. I have a mail from discover stating that dispute has been close out. Nordstrom send me a email stating they will not work with me but instead with my bank about this transaction, but the bank stating other wise. Just a quick background. I worked for Nordstrom for 10 years, a few of which as pacesetter. Which is why *** always given them my business beyond my employment since I know the customer service that was DRILLED into me. However over the last few years, seeing multiple stores shutdown and customer service deteriorating, but the ******************** brothers still needing their most recent Rolexes, customer service has fallen even further, & significantly. Ive talked with 2 customer service **** about my missing order to which I was told by both that they have proof that my order was delivered, but both havent be able to provide any proof of. This has been my first order in 15 years that was stolen without, even my doorbell camera catching the delivery OR the steal, I feel like this is just another grasp at trying to level out loss prevention at any rate this review is to just say that I will never again order from Nordstrom as their business practices are no longer directed towards their customer service. All this to say; Nice to know ya, embarrassed to claim Ive worked for ya.Nordstrom, Inc.
