      Nordstrom rack sent two items that were incorrect. Instead of correcting their error. I must first rebuy the items, return the incorrect products and wait approximately 3 weeks for a refund! Oh, but Im lucky that theyll waive the return fee. Really? Company is screwed up, dont buy from them.

      Apparently Nordstrom.com will charge you twice at the time of ordering. They place a hold on the account for one amount, and then charge again the final amount after tax has been adjusted. Then they reverse the hold charge. In the interim, however, your credit card is showing a double pending purchase and your available amount is reduced accordingly. No updated receipt is emailed at the time of the adjustment and this practice is not clearly listed at the time of purchase. I can see a situation where someone could really be in a bind over a weekend while this is resolved, and I spent the night worried that my account was compromised. I don't recall this happening before, but the customer service representative I spoke with said it has been in practice for at least six years. I also asked for an updated receipt reflecting the new, adjusted amount, and I was emailed the old receipt. Really disappointing situation.

      I hate to write a bad review to Nordstrom at ************** in *******, **. Nordstrom at ************** is known as carrying high quality and prestigious service department store. For Father's day gift, my family took me to Nordstrom for a nice suit. We spotted Indochino customizing fitting suits and decided to order one. 1) Bad customer service experienced-unpleasant, unattainable, waits too long to get proper services 2) Fail to convinced it is customized fitted suit 3) Selected quality of fabric is not the same as displayed. 4) Went back to complaint and got a refitting and alternation done. Disappointed on alternation workmanship. Altered section was not lined straight and horribly lined. 5) Picked up a week later, tried on but top shoulder section now had 2 folds, still pants stitching was not evenly lined up. I paid almost $600 for this suit but now it is became worthless suit. Indochino ruined my Father's day gift and trustworthiness is failed badly.

      Nordstrom at ************** General manager called me with surprise and offered me a full refund plus complimentary meals at Nordstrom operating restaurant. This is the greatest resolution offer I ever got. I returned with full refund and enjoyed complimentary lunch with my daughter. Nordstrom never disappointed me with highest quality servicing Department store. Indochino should improve and learn from Nordstrom for sure. Thank you Nordstrom for high quality service.

      If I can leave 0 stars to this horrible place. Walked in to return ************************************* that I purchased the day before. ******** the manager at The Grove has 0 customer service, did not help at all, & gave attitude. How is she manager? She stated the heels were used and refused to accept my return when clearly they showed no signs of wear. Never stepping a foot at this Nordstrom horrible horrible experience!

      What a terrible customer service experience! I placed my in store pick order on 7/21/2022 and I didnt get any notifications for accurate the store pick date, after refresh and refresh the app, I checked from the status and it was ready to pick up on 1/8/2022, when I am ready to pick on 6/8/2022, I found my order was returned, the company has canceled my order without my authorization, I called customer service and want my order back, they just asked me place an new order the items and would not do at price match, it was a big promotion for the item, I dont understand how such a big company will cancel customers order without any authorization, I didnt receive any notification or call to confirm cancellation, I dont even know how long my items can hold in stores, finally, I called manager from Nordstrom rack, she was more terrible just hold my call and silent on her side

      The ********** is the loyalty club from hell! When returning a shirt my husband bought online, we were directed to sign up with TNC. The return went well, but now were getting Nordstrom promotional emails WITH NO OPT OUT (This is a required service message about your ********** account. Please know you're unable to opt out of service messages. For assistance, please contact **************.I tried logging in to cancel my ********** account but learned on Chat that I had to call. The phone menu is set up only for issues related to purchases or a Nordstrom credit card. After a lot of frustration and some subterfuge, I managed to reach a very nice human being who, after reading us lots of boilerplate, said she had succeeded in unsubscribing us from emails and text messages. Well see.

      I ordered Saint ********************************* Wallet on Chain from Nordstrom.com.The total of that purchase is $1701.30.I found it weird the item was shipped without requiring a signature.The package was delivered on **** and left at the door.I picked it up right after I saw Nordstrom shipping notification.After unpacking I found out that the actual item is missing.There were only SL box,duster and authenticity card,everything looked pretty accurate with no signs that the package was opened before **** called Nordstrom right away to notify them of missing item.I was told it needed to be sent to the delivery team to research.They insured me there should not be any problem with refund.Ive never experienced this kind of situation so I confirmed with Nordstrom chat customer service.I asked if there 100% guarantee that Im gonna be refunded for the missing purse.The answer was yes.I made a screenshot as a proof.I felt relieved for a moment.Next day Nordstrom emailed me to tell me they are not issuing a refund I was told I was going to receive.They denied my refund with zero explanation/ resolution.To why i responded to the email.I spoke to someone with name ****** via email,I mean I tried.Because conversation implies an exchange- not a vomiting of worthless information I can find on any other page,the actual questions were ignored.They also blame delivery service.But I know its only Nordstrom mistake who sent the package with the item missing.I found this out by simply comparing shipping weight (on label) and receiving weight.It didnt change (even after the purse is missing)That means the purse has never been inside.Its only 1 lb of packaging that they shipped.The designer purse on CHAIN +packaging would never weight 1 lb.I just needed the purse for an event not a headache.Its been 4 days Im investigating,calling,chatting,feeling helpless,having to prove that Im not lying,which is the worst part.Incredibly sad that Nordstrom put their customers in a situations like this.

      Ive been using the Chanel Mademoiselle performs since I was 18 years old, I am now 33. On July 5, 2022 I did a pick up order at the Nordstrom in ****************** located in Buckhead, **. Since I still had little left on my old perfume. I didnt use until a week later, however when I open it, I realize that Nordstrom had sold me a fake perfume. When I drove to the Nordstrom Perimeter location located in ********, **, *********** lady didnt want to help me and refer back to the ****************** location. When I arrived I felt uncomfortable as I felt that the the associates in both locations made me feeling as though I was lying. Even though, they exchange my perfume, Im giving Nordstrom a 1 star because as a leader in retail, I lost complete trust in their brand and I feel that I shouldnt had to deal with that to began with. The part that I most upset is that I escalated this to corporate to inform them about what I had experience since that could mean something maybe going on. I never heard back from them. For the reason, I want to warned consumers about Nordstrom in the ****************** location. As, I feel that no one should spend money in store that is going to sell them fake and unauthentic Chanel perfume.

      What a terrible customer service experience I have received from Nordstrom. I have been a very loyal customer for a very long time and have alot of money along the way. I was supposed to receive a blazer and received a notification from ***** that my package was delivered on Saturday, July 16 at 10:58am. I came home an hour after it stated it was delivered and no package. I contacted Nordstrom **************** that very afternoon informing them of my situation and was told to wait 24 hours to call back. I waited until the next day as there was still no package. The next day, I received an email from the financial services department they could not process my refund and indicated an email address. I responded back to that particular email address telling them my situation and for them to look into this. I received yet another email this evening that after their own internal investigation, they have confirmed that the delivery was successful and therefore could not refund the $492 I spent on this piece of clothing. What proof? Is there a photo of them dropping it off? Where is the proof that I actually received it and therefore they can easily dismiss my claims?I am beyond disappointed in their dwindling level of customer service and will take my money elsewhere. Nordstrom WAS notoriously known for their customer service and to see so many complaints like mine all through the BBB site and other platforms is very sad. Nordstrom, you can do better than this.

      Nordstrom is known for having great customer service/shopping experience, yet recently its been such a pain shopping during the semiannual sale. I first placed an order when the sale started, which immediately got cancelled. I contacted customer and didnt get any info other than the order was cancelled by the finance team. Some of the items I wanted started to sell out, so I tried placing another order. Unfortunately, the order was immediately cancelled again, and customer told me that they couldnt offer any further information and would have me wait for 3 days for a response from the finance team. Honestly I have no idea why making a purchase like this needs to go through the finance team in the first place, and its almost leading me to suspect that its a case of price discrimination (eg they try to block people from purchasing things on sale). Quite a disappointing experience and probably would try to shop though other retailers going forward.
