    On the day of October 2, 2023, I ordered a free trial of the book "These Truths," by **** ******. When the free trial ended, my bank account was charged continuously to this day. When I finally realized the recurring payment was still active, I signed into my ENotes Dashboard to cancel the payment. However, my dashboard states that there are no current active subscriptions when I have bank statements stating the opposite. I simply want to cancel the plan to avoid any further billing, any help on this problem would be appreciated.

    I did a free trial a while back. I deactivated my account. The subscription should have ended. However, the subscription is recurring even though my account is deactivated. There is no way to get in. It is 16 dollars monthly. I want the recurring bill to stop.

    Hello,

    According to our records, the subscription attached to ************************** was not successfully cancelled until June 1, 2023. We have no record indicating a previous cancellation and the customer would have received a cancellation confirmation by email. We have been sending monthly rebill confirmations to ************************** and we did refund the last transaction of $16.23 on June 1st when we were contacted by email by the customer.

    Hello, I had a free trial a couple of years ago on eNotes that I ended up cancelling within the 48 hour time period, but I am still continuing to be charged $14.99 a month unauthorized. The website even says that I do not have an active subscription, so there is absolutely no reason that I should still be charged. Because I never knew (or had any reason to believe) that this was happening, I am out over $200, which is so upsetting since I am a college student and I can't afford to have my money go down the drain like this. I would like a proper cancellation of my subscription and a refund immediately.

    We found an active subscription attached to 
    ****************************** and confirmation emails were going to this address. I have cancelled this subscription and processed a refund of $14.99 x 2 for the last two months. Please note that we are unable to process refund past 60 days.

    I was using Enotes to do an assignment and signed up for the 48 hour trial. I tried to cancel the subscription multiple times but I guess it did not work and I am still being charged. Is there anyway I can get my money back or some sort of compensation and a proper cancellation of my subscription?

    OK, thanks. Sorry for any confusion on our end. Your order from October has been cancelled and refunded. It looks like the free trial attached to ************************ was actually cancelled in time so you were not charged in August.

    I was charged for a subscription that I did not sign up for, I have never even heard of his website.
