1 starAwful customer service, and poor quality bike. After only weeks of owning Rad 2 the throttle no longer worked. It was a $25 piece that I had to order and it has been 3 weeks and still have not received the repair. Buyer beware. Do not purchase this junk!Review fromAlvin J

1 starI purchased my rad bike of June 2022 my PSA sensor failed June 1923 email them no response. I have purchased another bike just before I purchased this one. So I didnt give it too much concern because after day or two It started working again, so no big deal I thought. So I year later, I rolled my bike on October 12 put it in the shed and about three weeks later I try to charge it to go for a bike ride and would not charge , with less than 400 miles on it. Finally took the time to reach out and connect with them again and they said that my bike wasnt underneath warranty And I had to buy the *** sensor and the $500 battery customer service drawn out process to make videos written statements big ordeal. It was disgusting never again will I buy a RAD ebike or any of its products.Review fromj. f.

1 starNo help at all.I've sent several emails to support at Rad Power regarding my question with no definitive answer. I believe I am leaving emails with a BOT. I received canned replies with nothing to show for it, despite assurances that an invoice was "on its way". I called numerous times and remained on hold for more than half an hour with no answer and of course, eventually hung up. Beginning think that after more than a few weeks that I am sending my questions for repair and parts to a dead letter office (so to speak).Why would I buy another bicycle from them again?Cannot recommend to anyone, yet another investment in this company or products.Review fromNate T

Terrible costumer service be careful what you buy my wife perched 2 extra batteries for the bikes we got and she didnt choose the correct ones and now they wont exchange them the said to us try to sale them online or at a rad local dealer will not recommend this brand at allRad Power Bikes Inc.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. Your wife did place an online order on May 1st, 2024 and ordered 2 of the Safe Shield Advanced Semi-Integrated Batteries.
The compatibility section listed on that battery product page states that the batteries come standard on the Radster Road and Radster Trail and are compatible as an upgrade for all models that use a Rad semi-integrated battery (RadRunner 3 Plus, RadRover 6 Plus, RadCity 5 Plus). Since you ordered a RadWagon 4 and a RadRunner 2, this battery would not be compatible. You can view the compatibility section here:

I was not planning to leave a review but this is so negative that I decided to add a good review to balance a little bit. Order a RR2 about 1 year ago. No shipping issue. Assembly was pretty easy (no need to pay the extra $$ if you can read instructions... even the tools are provided except the pump). I'm riding this bike daily... it's the most basic model, doing nothing great but everything good as advertised. Hope this helps some people out there.Rad Power Bikes Inc.

0 rating August 2023 bought 2 radrover 6 st End of August 2023 my display defective took a week to get new one April 2024 again my bike has defective controler would not turn on took over 7 days to get replacement July 2024 display error code 21 on wife's bike needs new controler also Received email saying new updated controler will be sent Mid August ********************************************************** email that they should send a second new updated controler so I could have some sense of reliability but wast told probably the old one might last Was planning to bike ride on our vacation but still waiting for controller Do not trust your bikes not reliable so farRad Power Bikes Inc.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They have very poor battery life. My husband and I bought 2 rad rover 6 plus and the batteries did not last even two years. Of course they are out of warranty and a new battery cost $500+. Poor customer service. They do not return calls or emails as they say they will showing no care for the customers. We are looking at getting new ********************** elsewhere. We are so tired with dealing with helpless customer service with 0 concerns about their customers. I would advise anyone to never buy from rad.Rad Power Bikes Inc.

Buyer Beware, I bought my Rad Rover 6 Plus in Nov of 2022 and I have loved it, the issue is now it doesn't work at all and has no power to the motor. Basically I have a 300lb boat anchor that is useless to me and am getting no response back from Rad except that it is out of warranty. The **************** aspect of Rad is unresponsive and I am very disappointed in the way my claim has been handled, I have given every bit of information that ***** and the team has asked for and still don't have a bike I can use. I would not recommend buying an ebike from Rad due to their product not being built to the quality standards to make a $2000 investment and the lack of customer service on the back end of the purchase.Rad Power Bikes Inc.

This company does not advertise their return policy. I purchased an accessory for my bike and when the product arrived it was completely NOT what the photo or description of the item was at all. The product was NOT used or even removed from original packaging and I immediately contacted the company to return the item. I was given the run around and given return links that were broken and sent several more emails to which someone finally responded 2 weeks later and state "Oops someone sent you the incorrect link" no apology etc and then when I filled out the information they decided they were keeping the majority of my money for returning a "used" product that ***** even spoke with me about. the original purchase was $99.00 + $39.00 shipping + $16.56 in taxes. To receive my refund I had to pay $15.00 to ship it back + $33.26 for a restocking fee and they state they are only returning $11.88 of the tax for a total of $62.62 for a refund when I originally paid a total of $154.56 so in total they are keeping approx $100 of MY DOLLARS....SCAMMMMMMMMMMEEEEEEERRRRRRRSSSSSSRad Power Bikes Inc.

My wife and I bought Rad Bikes in July of 2023. We were very happy with the bikes until our 4th time riding our bikes, the power assist (PASS) failed on my bike. If you turn the power off completely and wait a minute or so and turn the power back on then the PASS starts working again, but only when it wants to. Sometimes the power assist won't begin to work again for days and days. I began to deal with Rad Power Bikes in August 2023 to resolve this intermittent power failure issue. I subsequently spent hours taking pictures and videos to demonstrate that there was indeed a problem with intermittent power failure. And now ten months later we are no closer to getting this problem resolved. From our experience with rad power bikes if you have a problem, don't expect it'll ever get resolved. We have had disappointing outings with our friends on biking excursions. If I could give a zero rating I would. I would not recommend rad power bikes to my worst enemy.Rad Power Bikes Inc.
