For the order #********, I never received the package and tried to contact weee for reflecting the problem. They said the package was stolen but refused to provide me a refund in this situation as they connected my account to another account and said they compensate the account user before. But I never ask refund for lost package before. I just want my refund back as their package was lost/ stolen.

I asked for a refund on my recent order because all of my frozen goods came to me entirely defrosted; there wasnt dry ice like there usually was. I was sitting in the living room and brought my package in right away so, evidently, it had already been thawed for quite some time. I asked for a refund and they asked me to keep the products, were only willing to give me $25 back (less than half of what I spent on frozens). I asked if this was all they were willing to give me and had to accept it, even though I had already thrown everything that away besides the cakes. Id had good experiences with Weee before, after all, and I HAD bought other things that were still okayI thought, Well, not everything is ruined. It is NOT safe to refreeze and eat frozen food thats been thawed for over two hours. It also significantly impacts the quality. However, while eating even the refrigerated goods, ready-to-eat noodles you just heat up which Ive purchased many times from different retailers, I got sick.I dont want to support a company that wouldnt give me a full refund for spoiled and/or food unsafe to eat, so I asked them to close my account because I never intend on purchasing from them again, and I plan on warning others to stay away for the sake of their health. Normally theyre fast at replying but this time? Radio silence.Ive already sent Weee the photos I took right away of how thawed everything is, from the shrimp dumplings to the octopus, the kimchi dumplings were COMPLETELY soft too, I threw it all out. So, Ill just attach the email of them asking me to keep spoiled food.
