    I placed an order on 6/4/25. An email from Saint Barbs confirmed order was placed. Second email stated product had shipped on 6/20/25. I have not received anything as of 7/8/25. The "Contact Us" page on their website does not help. The website has no phone number. The phone number listed here at ************************** is invalid. Today is 7/8/25. I have not received what I ordered and no one has responded to my requests for information. Do not do business with Saint Barbs. This site would let me submit my comments unless I chose a star rating. Saint Barbs does not deserve any stars.

    Ordered 10/28 and still has not been shipped. Partner ordered 3 hrs after I did and her order was delivered yesterday. Multiple emails with 0 response.

    We're sorry that your order got so delayed, and you didn't receive contact from our team in a timely fashion to update you on why it was delayed, and what the status is. I've gone ahead and applied $55 store credit (around 10% of the order value) to your account, in case you need to grab some accessories and want to give us another shot. Just log in with the same email address that you used when you placed your initial order and the credit will be ready to go.

    Charged my credit card and haven't shipped the product after two weeks. Have requested a statis update twice through their website and have not received anything except sorry we are working on it. No phone number for customer service and no way to cancel the transaction or get a refund.

    Order ******, I am pleased with doing business with St Barb's Bullets, and my order was shipped super fast. I also like how the *** MP-40 factory magazines came in the original packaging. I've ordered from others and none came like that. I will be ordering again from them.Thank you,******

    Charged my credit card twice and still to this day refuses to issue refund. The only way to contact them is to "file a request" on their website no phone number at all they do not respond.
