      To whom it may concern, I was a 7 year long customer of *** ********************** Gutter Cleaning. However, I decided to discontinue their service in Oct 2022. On 10/03/2022, *** Stevens Gutter Cleaning dispatches technicians to do pre-fall cleaning. However, in last week of September, we just fixed the leaking cutter problems and installed new flash on my gutters. Thus, there was not necessary to clean the gutter on Oct 03 2022. My wife and I told the technicians at least four times that we did not need gutter cleaning at that time. The technicians still continued to do cleaning gutters. After 5 minutes, they realized the gutter was clean and no necessary to do their job, and they just left. I received a $204.87 bill (attached) from *** Stevens on 10/04/2022. My wife and I were not satisfied with their service -- basically they did nothing on 10/03/2022. We decided to discontinue our service with *** Stevens. I called *** Stevens a week later to inform that we would not use *** Stevens service anymore after I paid my balance in my account. After three months, I received a letter from *** Stevens to say that I still have $51.22 balance (attached the scanned copy). I realized that they modified their invoice which were sent on 10/04/2022 to surcharge us. I would like to get the refund of the surcharged $51.22. (Note: the customer service representative I spoke in oct 2022 even offer me to refund the 10/03/2023 service charge if I would continue to use their service.) I also attached the screen shot from my account in *** Stevens (taken on 02/16/2023) to show the historical bill from *** Stevens. We can see that *** Stevens surcharged and modified their own invoice. Thanks.Yours Feng ** ps. I also attached the email (pdf) I received on 10/04/2022 from *** Stevens as an evidence.

      I have contacted *** Stevens Gutter Cleaning multiple times via email and through their online request form and they still have not once replied to me about my concerns. Their actual service being provided is great- they come clean the gutters and clean up after themselves. However, they have not called me before arriving for the service and come unannounced and have left the gate from my back deck to the street open multiple times. The last time it happened, my partially deaf and blind in one eye dog with medical issues wandered off soon after letting him outside and it took me 2 hours to find him. I live only a few hundred feet from ************ (a VERY busy road.) After voicing my concerns previously twice over the phone after leaving a gate open but giving me notice they were coming, they assured me that they will contact me before arriving so I know that they are coming- at least then I could even check if the gate was closed. However 3 times they have NOT notified me at all, they closed the gate the first two times AND left a gate open the most recent time. Theyve ignored multiple attempts of me contacting them and I will not be calling them since then I have no personal record of what they say/do which obviously calling them about my previous concerns went no where. I used to recommend this company to every one because they do an amazing job, but this lack of communication while sending me an invoice WEEKLY, but not having the time or care to respond to my concerns is disappointing. Im also very concerned about other peoples children and pets with gates being left open and this issue not being taken seriously especially when they show up completely unannounced. You have to unlatch my gate to enter my property. I am an overnight ER nurse and sleep during the days and my dogs have a dog door, security cameras, and gates to keep them safe. I am very disappointed in their lack of concern and threat to send my bill to collection but will not respond to my emails
