When I cracked my phone camera lens I started the online process of my claim. The same day I received an email response asking for more details: a video that included the phone serial number and the damage. The next day I received my approval email with a barcode. The repair location was only a few miles from my home. At the repair shop I showed my email approval that they scanned. 30 minutes later my phone camera lens had been replaced and I did not pay anything.Servify (US), Inc.
